It was all great except for charging me for a towel I never took home?? The towels were always in short supply for the pool as well other than that we will be back

Great place to stay, great staff, room was awesome!!

Lovely pool and beach area with staff regularly coming round to take drink and food orders. Good drinks and food from beach bar. Also a nice touch that the hotel provides breakfast. There is not a huge hot food choice but it changes daily and food was nice. About a 20 min walk to pier 60. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful when required. Private Pool and beach was great for kids. Breakfast was basic but it’s free so no complaints. Overall I’d recommend and stay again.

My husband and I just spent the last 3 nights in this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived we were welcome and helped out very nicely by Esteban. Our room was clean, had everything we needed, and within the first half hour we received a text message from staff asking how we were doing. Loved the fact that it has its own private beach area. Additionally, we appreciated having a warm breakfast included. Location wise, amazing! Nice walk to Pier 60 and plenty if restaurants and shops along the way. Can’t wait to return!!

Staff were nice and friendly. Location was great. Beach was private, clean and just beautiful. Atmosphere was nice and calm, with a mix of middle age couples and families with children. Also walking distance to all the shops and restaurants closer to the pier.

I loved everything about the hotel from the breakfast to the private beach and amazing pool. Front desk workers were so kind and friendly too! Nothing it was amazing

I don’t give 5 stars unless a place absolutely deserves it and I will say I was so impressed by this hotel and its staff that I applaud your efforts to make our stay more enjoyable. Great service provided by Tony and Greg at the front desk, they even texted me to make sure we had everything we need and the room accomodations were absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and the food/drink service at the beach and the pool were top notch. Felt like I was at an all inclusive but better. Beach was combed and cleaned to keep everything looking great. Will definitely return and thank you to your wonderful staff and hospitality.

The staff there were amazing very, very friendly and very, very helpful… and it was very clean. I always bring cleaning wipes with me and I didn’t even feel the need to use them :-)

Loved everything about this place! Great staff, great location, nothing bad to say!

The only thing i didn’t like was about we have to pay for use the umbrellas at the beach
