Edge Hotel Clearwater Beach

Property is nice, really nice views. Downside would be the room. The shower was horrible, there was barely any water in the shower. The pressure of the water was really low. No house keeping available everyday. I’m used to housekeeping stopping by daily on my stays at other hotels. The best would be the amenities this hotel has to offer.

Beautiful view and room was very clean. Easy check in. Breakfast is continental breakfast but had a variety.

Clean room and very helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The structure, as a property is not bad, but it needs better management. When I booked the hotel, the only request I had was for a quiet room, because of issues with sleep. We were given a room with a noisy A/C unit and the safe deposit did not work. We notified the Front Desk immediately and the issues were never fixed nor we were offered to be transferred to another room, when the hotel seemed to be very low in occupancy. The pool bar was only open for a couple of hours in all 4 days of our stay, during 90+ degrees and we had to go to the rooftop bar every time we needed to get something to drink. The worst experience of all was the fact that the hotel does not have one single umbrella available in the pool area, when you are taking guests in such extreme heat days of 110+ real feel. Note that the photos of the property clearly show umbrellas in the pool area, which may be a misrepresentation. If we knew that they had no umbrellas available by the pool, we would have not stayed in that hotel. Not a great experience, unfortunately.

Great stay! But the continental breakfast was a 3 on 5. Could use some new breakfast choices.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Combination of hot plastic grass and crazy slick tile around pool not good. I slipped and fell pretty hard. Continental breakfast and coffee pretty disappointing.

The balcony door was broken. Everything else was fine

Our third time staying at The Edge and we love it. From the mini breakfast to the pools. Walking distance to everything.

Th breakfast left a lit to be desired. No oatmeal, scrambled eggs, meat, toast, containers of yogurt- just a. If bucket of it & fresh fruit that could have been fresher- watermelon ready to be unetable

Room was nice and the pool area was nice. Not enough towels/rags/toilet paper in the rooms for a multiple night stay for 2 people. Lobby was extremely hot. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and shower doors were off the track.

Pool and cleanliness.

I didn't like the extra $40 per night per room. I also didn't like the late pool opening at 9am. Or the pool deck closing at 10pm

Tuvimos muy malaaaa experiencia porque consideramos que son racistas con los hispanos, el staff no se comunicó con nosotros correctamente en español y llamaron hasta la policía,,habían americanos con su caja de cervezas y no pasó nada con ellos, por eso sinceramente no lo recomendamos, no es bueno para los hispanos. La habitación con rollos de pelos en el baño, el desayuno malo. No volveremos nunca más y nooo lo recomiendo

Great location. Walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. Great accommodations. Clean room with balcony. Continental breakfast doesn’t serve any sort of meat (bacon, sausage, ham), only boiled eggs, no scrambled eggs option. Loveeeed the music and vibe on the rooftop (drinks and food were satisfactory) Also loved the infinity pool and other pool option. I definitely will be back
