Gulfview Hotel on the Beach

Hotel is a bit of outdated but it is located right at the beach. The staff are really nice and explain rules and other things very clearly. They made our stay very enjoyable

No gym or restaurant in the hotel, but who needs that when you have the water at your footsteps and restaurants everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Price for the value of clean room near the beach

The staff was awesome. The rooms were nice but lacked plugs for charging electronics. Over all the stay was good. Ms.Debbie is super nice welcoming and empathetic. The manager was also very nice.

It was close to the beach, and had its own little beach. Parking is very tight and small parking lot.

I'm not sure what other reviewers were talking about; maybe things have changed since they stayed, but my experience couldn't have been better. I arrived to the hotel an hour before check in. My room wasn't ready yet, so they upgraded me to a bigger room for free, that still had an ocean view. They didn't even take a security deposit or an additional fee of any kind from my credit card. The entire hotel was very clean. No bad smells - actually smelled really good. I noticed some automated scent sprayers on the walls, so that's probably where it was coming from. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the beach area was perfect. I noticed some reviews mentioned the loud music from the hotel next door. When I was on the balcony I could absolutely hear it. But once I walked back in the room and shut the sliding glass door it wasn't even noticeable. It didn't affect my sleep at all, and I was in a room directly across from it. There isn't breakfast, but the rooms have a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, stove, toaster, and a sink. They also supply dishware such as plates, bowls, cups, mugs and silverware. There's also countless places to eat within a very short walking distance. This is one of the lowest cost hotels directly on Clearwater beach, and for the price they really go above & beyond. I would absolutely stay here again.

I liked the property just wish they had umbrella and chairs available. Also wish it had more of a central air unit. The staff was super nice

Excellent location of affordable beachfront hotel with parking included in rate! Clean and spacious room with fridge, microwave, small cooktop, toaster and coffee maker for convenience. Beautiful pool, hot tub and private beach were amazing. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! It was so helpful to have utensils to cook meals. The staff was always so friendly and helpful, especially Chey/Shy who first welcomed us to the gulf. The beach was so close, no driving needed for the beach hangs during our stay. So much to do with so much walkability. Truly loved our stay!!

Whoever chooses this place for vacation will not be disappointed.

Every summer we stay a few nights at the Gulf View the staff are very helpful and we love the beach access and the pool is open 24/7. Very great location!
