Rooms are perfect. Private beach is amazing. Overall amazing stay!!!

The property is in a good location and the staff are reasonably responsive. I booked a suite because it was my husband's special birthday celebration so we wanted to enjoy the ocean views and use the balcony feature of the room extensively. This was severely curtailed because our balcony and room were flooded with the smell of Marijuana in what is supposed to be a non smoking facility. The staff tried to attend to the smell and address the odor in our room but it continued throughout our stay. We ended up checking out a day early and curtailing our stay. We lost a significant amount of money on our stay.

6 dollars for A piece of toast really necessary?

If your a smoker.. good luck, its like you are comminting a crime. Be aware that hôtel charge 40$/day for used of pool/beach. Regardeless if you used or not. + 50$/day parking

From the moment we pulled up to valet parking, to checking in and seeing our room, we loved everything about our stay. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly felt at home! We ate breakfast in the dining area every morning and requested the same server, Mrs. Bethzaida. She was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our conversations with her and getting to know her. On our last day, Bethzaida was off, so Melina took care of us, and she was also amazing. The beach and pool staff were great as well. James at the beach and Amelia at the pool were both so attentive. They kept the drinks coming and made sure we had plenty of water to stay hydrated. 😊🍹 We also tried jet skiing for the first time and had an absolute BLAST! 🌊🚤 And my husband surprised me with a spa treatment, and OMG… the person who took care of me was AMAZING! She was so professional, and the experience was everything I needed. The front desk staff was also wonderful. I’m writing this review while I’m at work, so unfortunately I don’t have everyone’s names with me. 😔 But please know that every single person we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided an amazing experience from beginning to end.

This is a wonderful property. The service and private beach access were outstanding. The room was very comfortable. I would go back.

We liked the location and the beach view. The room was very clean. Tv was large and had many channel options. Breakfast and dinners were pricey. You had no choice but to valet your vehicle. The price was very high.

Excellent hotel and service. The down side is the expensive valet daily parking fee. I believe the parking and breakfast should be at a discounted price for Gold elite members or higher, considering there are too many hotels from where to chose from. Other than that my stay was great

I like the property because the staff is very nice and friendly and the room was clean and has balcony with views of the beach. I recommend it 100%

Nice hotel. Great food at Latitude( very creative chef). Spa was more expensive than I would have liked. More NYC prices. Beach very small but staff friendly.

Exceptional

This hotel is wonderful! You can’t beat the private beach and beautiful rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is new, modern and clean. Staff was very nice. The big plus is that the beach is right outside, it's clean and has enough chairs. But you should be aware of the cost. Initially they will charge you facility fee, around $40 per day, so that you can use gym, pool and beach. You will have two beach chairs and one umbrella per room. We were family of four so we needed two more chairs that we had to pay $40 per chair and $15 for additional umbrella, every day. This is a bit pricy.

Great stay; the staff was extremely accommodating and quick to fix even the smallest inconveniences. Amazing beach and pool access and good variety of restaurants for every meal! 10/10
