Chart House Suites and Marina

The price point was very good considering the hotel is on the bay. It wasn't terribly far from Coachman Park, which is where our plans took us. The staff was there but left us alone, and, as stated earlier, it was clean. It had signs of hurricane damage. Apparently, it's under renovation. Perhaps this is the reason we kept hearing the sounds of furniture being moved all around us. This sounds silly, but the toilet was the worst I've ever used.

The view is perfect from the room. Clean and nice inside. 10 min walking to the beach

Excellent location with walk out access to the dock. Would prefer key cards or coded door vs heavy old school keys.

No nonsense stay. No luxury, but very comfortable and clean. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Great location

The views from balcony of marina were amazing. Saw dolphins every day. Ended up not going out for dinner as enjoyed views from balcony so much It needs updating, room & bathroom tired

Sam the Hotel Manager was marvellous and would do everything reasonably possible to make your stay enjoyable. We had rooms on the top floor overlooking the Marina which was great for enjoying the early morning and drinks on the balcony in the evening. Nothing

The room was clean. There was no staff on site. The neighbors were partying and playing the music very loudly all evening. We could not enjoy our room or balcony. We finally had to call security and it still took another hour for the problem to be addressed and we had an early morning boat trip. There was also only one chair on the balcony for a duble room.

Easy location to get in and out of , staff very helpful, clean and comfortable ❤️ Absolutely nothing. We have stayed here before and chose it again. We were not disappointed!

Wow!! Perfect location, our rooms overlooked the bay and we couldn't believe our eyes when we spotted the dolphins. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return

So many great views. Friendly staff, clean room. Away from the beaten path a bit so it was very quiet. It’s a bit dated. But I like simple. If you’re looking for a 5 star accommodations it’s not for you. It’s old Florida which I like.

The staff was super nice & accommodating. The hotel itself NEEDS WORK! I stayed in a room where the microwave sounded like it may blow up and the mattresses were not comfortable. I could barely open the slider as it was in such poor condition. They charge a lot for their rooms so you would assume the rooms would be updated so there is not chipping paint, old fixtures and overall just old rooms. The “tiny pool” was so old and falling apart… missing tiles and chipping all over… they don’t even clean often as there was floating debris ( possibly diaper pieces?) … Could not have coffee in the morning…The coffee maker has not been cleaned in forever!!! Yuck! Just overall a bad experience…

This was our 2nd time staying. It is a nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and located near the beach.
