The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the property is well maintained and the menus are plentiful!

many shops and restaurants. Only thing I wished was that there was a shaded area around the pool. We will definitely stay there again .

I booked a room with a balcony. It had a nice view, though I barely had time to enjoy it! The restaurant served an awesome breakfast. The complimentary Splash Harbour Water Park tickets from the hotel were an unexpected bonus, and we had so much fun going there!

The property was older and dated. The staff was nice and the amenities were older but functional. this is not a high end hotel but it was fine.

The room was very clean, the pool was really clean and very convenient having a little pool that’s 1 foot deep for the little ones. The gym was amazing for on the go weight loss. In all this was one of the best hotels with the nicest staff ever. We will be definitely coming back next year!

Bathrooms are old hallway rugs are old elevator is old.We checked out day early cause we didn't enjoy the stay felt we didn't get our moneys worth will not be staying there again

Location of hotel was great to beach and dining options. For being an older building it's was nicely kept. Jimmy's restaurant and bar served good food and drink. On the downside, we were on the 3rd floor. The noise from above and hallway was very annoying. And the gnats flying around inside the room were irritating. We enjoyed the pool and bar. The scenic view is beautiful.

The room that we were staying in is super small, the king size barely fits and it was hard to move around the room with luggage and all. The bathroom was ok besides being small, but the door kept opening so, no privacy. It’s says beachfront but there is no beach, we had to walk to the nearby beach. The pool looked nice.
