Property said it was on the beach…which maybe, technically it was, however there was no access to the beach. You had to walk or drive 5-7 minutes to get to the beach. Pictures of the room showed a refrigerator freezer combo…all that was there was a mini fridge and staff would not help…so our food went bad. The waitress at Jimmy’s was rude. Market price crab was not served with appropriate silverware to eat the crab! Will never go back there again!

Jimmy’s restaurant was amazing. Bar staff was great.

Parking was great as they have a garage. Everything was in walking distance. No need to waste gas.

The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.

Big room, clean room with comfortable beds and cool sheets (which was welcomed considering how hot is was when we visited).

The size and cleanliness of the room was great. The staff was awesome! There's nothing that o didn't like about the stay. Definitely returning soon

The biggest issue was that in the mornings we were unable to rest because the housekeeping staff was very loud in the hallways from very early, talking and shouting loudly and making a lot of noise both days of our stay. On the first morning, they knocked on our door for about 20 minutes, shouting and banging very hard while we were sleeping. I have never experienced this in any of my previous hotel stays. Also, the minibar in our room barely cooled, the bedside lamps had a lot of dust, and when getting off the elevator on our floor, we found cockroaches in the hallway. Other than that, the front desk staff was very kind and attentive, and everything around the pool area was good.

Expedia listed an extra bed/rollaway as available, but the hotel refused it at check-in and said fire policy does not allow it. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, the bed sheet had dirty stains, and the A/C condensation appeared to leak back into the room. I would not have booked this hotel if the listing had been accurate.

Front desk was amazing no matter what time of day we went to the front desk all staff were very friendly and answered all our questions and made us feel very welcomed loved walking into our room and it was so fresh and clean smelled very good loved it !!!

Excellent customer service, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on site had a variety of foods to choose from.

Very clean, had washers and a dryer, friendly staff 1 dryer was down

The pool needs more umbrellas. Very little shade available.

Disappointing

Parking was good but wish there was an elevator that goes straight to the hotel instead of having to walk outside. But overall great experience there.
