The beds are very comfy and great linens, as expected in a nice hotel Great view on the village, amazing rooftop view.. Quiet rooms,.very well situated. An amazing breakfast, good qualité food and varied. All the staff is very attentive,, kind and smiling. Wonderful experience indeed! Would have stayed longer if I'd had the opportunity. Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is excellently located, just steps away from numerous Cognac Maisons, bars, and restaurants. It sits directly on a pedestrian shopping street, with a local fruit market nearby. The breakfast offered was outstanding! I highly recommend this property. If you decide to book this hotel, I suggest making dinner or lunch reservations when you book. While the only drawback of this facility is the requirement to walk up to the hotel to drop off your bags—since there’s no on-site parking—this should not prevent you from making a reservation. In fact, there's convenient free parking just 150 meters away in a secure public parking area. This makes your stay hassle-free and enjoyable, so go ahead and book with confidence!

Lovely courtyard. Sparkling white sheets. Right in the center of cognac. Renovated with love of the history of the building. No refrigaretor.

Hotel Heritage Cognac was a delight. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to the Cognac houses and main shopping street. We walked everywhere, including from the train station. Staff were kind and welcoming. Our only regret was not staying longer! Loved everything

Great location The toilet bowl was not clean on arrival. This will stop me ever staying there again. The bedroom also had noise from water pipes at all times. I was eventually moved to another room

Lots of choice beautifully laid out Room a little warm we couldn’t turn the air conditioning down below 18 degrees and it was a little too warm to sleep well. Scrambled eggs a little colder than we like

Location, character building with modern facilities, close to parking (100metres), lovely cosy bar. needs a 2nd chair, 2 people are in the room so why only have 1 chair? there was plenty of room.
