We ended up not even staying here after seeing all the homeless and drug activity in the area and the quality of the room. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky and gross. The pictures online look nice but definitely look elsewhere if you have the resources.

Possibly a nice fence to minimize all the homelessness action would be helpful. Staff was cooperative any time we needed anything. Recommend 1-2 days max not full weeks .

All I needed was a place to sleep and figured a HJ would be fine… it’s not… DO NOT bring your family here… I can’t stress how bad experienced this was. Wyndham’s CEO needs to undercover boss this place and sell this asap… Expedia needs to de the same and stop listing this as an option. You have been warned.

If you are familiar with this area then you will know that it can be challenging for businesses to operate and keep expenses reasonable. I felt safe and the staff has been wonderful. For the price and for the traveller who is perhaps in and out, this is the way to go. I remember the height and glory days of Howard Johnson's. I wish that brand still had the market. This is a hard neighborhood to operate in successfully. These folks are doing it well. Thanks for the chance to share.

This place is a dump. Do NOT spend any money here. Fork an extra $20 or so and stay elsewhere. Again, this is place is a DUMP. Why Expedia has this place listed on their site is beyond me. This place should be removed from the site asap!
