Location in San Blas was excellent It was very noisy, your can hear other guests quite well.

The photos are not representative of the property. When we arrived our room was filthy and facilities were outdated. We had no water hot or cold to get a shower and the bedding on my bed was stained and dirty. See above

The location was ideal. Leaky toilet, not enough towels and not enough toilet paper.

Location, friendly staff, clean, hot shower Soundproofing is very bad. You can hear everything, above you, next to you, below in the courtyard and breakfast area when the staff comes in early etc etc.

Great staff, great location very close to Plaza San Blas, and yet very quiet, good price for Cusco.

Location Hairs on the bathroom walls, barely any hot water, no windows to outside, thin walls you can hear other people all night, when we left early we couldn’t get a refund for the remainder of the stay

The staff were excellent. The shower head sprayed water thru the bathroom door and got the room floor wet. No shampoo, just one bar of soap. Small bed.

the door was constantly locked at main entrance. I returned after a walk a few times only to have to wait outside for 30min to be let in. Never ever had this on my travels.
