The location was perfect for visiting the main Square and other areas of Cusco. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The staff were so kind and helpful. They held our small bag while we trekked, phoned cabs for us and recommended laundry services. Would recommend to anyone!

It would be nice to have a mirror in the room, especially when the bathroom is detached from it. Also, bath towels are quite worn out; new towels would be appreciated.

Clean and quaint boutique hotel located close to the main square. Super nice and accommodating staff really made a great stay. We are a family of 6 and they have a room that accommodates all of us which is very convenient to not have to split up into separate rooms. Not quite enough hot water for 6 people to shower but staff were kind and let us use the downstairs shower as well.

Location and great breakfast Nothing

Great location. Quiet area off the busy street close to restaurants and plazas. Very friendly and helpful staff.
-
Proximity to main square It was a little difficult to locate

The staff as a whole was the kindest and most wonderful group of humans we've ever come across at a hotel. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful from beginning to end! Nothing!

Doors to rooms were outdoor so at times it was very loud with noise from festivals in the square or from other rooms in the courtyard. Limited hot water during our stay.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. First of all, location is incredible. The property is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. What stood out the most though was the incredible service. At checkin, we were served coca tea to help with the altitude. And when my wife woke up feeling incredibly sick at 3:00 AM, i texted the front desk and they coordinated with a doctor to come see her within 15 minutes right to the hotel room. The following day, they continued checking in to make sure she was okay. Incredibly impressed by their genuine care. 10/10 would absolutely return.

Quiet location away from the street noise. Walkable to everything. Very friendly staff.

The location was central, however once in your room you heard no road noise. Breakfast was outstanding! None

Everything about this place was amazing! The staff are friendly, the rooms clean, breakfast was delicious and the location could not be better for exploring Cusco! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful staff, quiet location, great breakfast!! Was a bit tricky to find.

We loved the view. The bed was really big and very comfy with lots of blankets for the cold. We really liked the dining area with the view and table. We also really enjoyed the bathroom; it was spacious and clean. Plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. The breakfast was really good as well, we frequently used the breakfast they pack for us for our tours. A smart TV would be the cherry on top. In the early mornings there's almost no hot water so be wary if you're trying to shower before going for a tour for the rest of the day, maybe hold off until you get back.

Location Water in shiwer did not drain...

I loved the little garden, the breakfast spread, the bathrooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful. It is tucked deep inside an alley. Difficult to get luggages to and from the hotel if our luggage doesn’t have wheels.
