Lovely boutique feel, nice bedrooms and very friendly staff

The location was perfect, as it was not too central where there was too much nose but also central enough to be close to everything. It was cozy and the and the staff was very attentive. You were not able to have more than 2 towels at a time.

Very nice garden and staff, prime location, comfy bathroom Two issues: 1. Room heater was not enough for cold nights, room need some better heating and holes above the door don't help it. 2. WiFi was unstable due to incorrect settings, my phone and laptop were constantly disconnecting from it... The connection stays active but no internet until DHCP is renewed. Likely a network configuration issue.

didn’t understand the policy with their sheets…

Nothing relevant, just a little detail. There is music in the courtyard all day until 9 pm, which slightly affects the quiet on the first floor rooms.

We liked that they packed breakfast, it was pretty good. The rooms have a heater that is easy to use. The breakfast at the hotel was good as well, they offered a lot of different options hot or cold. Room did not have a smart TV. It was a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. The shower is super small not big enough for two people barely enough for one person. The doors are not exactly secure either only a latch holding them together. Bathroom sink area did not have enough space for makeup stuff.

Location, courtyard, and staff. A bit noisy from street below.

I like the location, and the bedroom was okay. The staff is really nice, and the breakfast is really good! Herbert and Esmeralda were really kind, always asking how we were, whether we had any food restrictions, and preparing different options for us. We had pancakes, some sweets, and even tasty Cusco cheese. The only issue was that we weren’t informed about how the water system works, because on two days the water didn’t come out very hot. In the end, after speaking with reception, they were able to adjust the pressure to get hot water. In the mornings it wasn’t a problem, only at night. If you’re sensitive to noise and vibrations, it’s worth mentioning it to the staff so you don’t get a room facing the street. Rather than things we didn’t like, these are points to keep in mind. Once the staff explained the situation and took action, the stay was very good.

Parts of the property were picturesque and it was in a central location The bathrooms were dirty and the water pressure was awful. The property had some very outdated policies and didn’t offer very basic things. They made a fuss over towels which weren’t clean in the first place. They collect your keycard everytime you leave the hotel. They run breakfast from 9am and charge for a brown bag with a sandwich when all the other hotels in cusco cater for peoples early tour times and starts. It actually seems like they do this on purpose to get out of providing guests breakfast. I stayed in 4 hotels over 2 weeks in Cusco and this was the worst service, cleanliness and policies. Theres plenty of other options so I would not recommend

great location and value for the cost. small and basic accomodations but exactly what we needed.
-
Location The room was not properly maintained. The toilet was clogged when we checked in, and there was a leak behind the bathroom sink that kept the floor constantly wet. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing.

The shower takes a few mins to be heated

Locarion and friendly staff The room was cold, and the heating equipment was not sufficient. The water frequently get cold during the shower and eveery time we need to aske the staff to turn the heater on

It is great building with lots architectural details. Location was good but loud also. Cars beeping all the time, Our room was facing main street, quite loud. There was no hot water in the evening.

Location, friendly and attentive staff especially Luis, spoke good English and very professional. Facilities a bit old

Comfortable and modern furnishings but retaining it's original charm and features. In the historic centre on a busy road, but inside the courtyard it was peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast we have had in the whole of South America. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Gris on reception. No window as the room opened off the courtyard, but not a big problem
