my room was cold

The amazing breathtaking views of the whole town. Steps away from the main plaza. Very friendly and helpful staff. They advised us via WhatsApp to take an uber from the airport and we could leave our bags for a few extra hours. The room was chilly inside and the heater took a while to make a difference.

I liked how responsive the team/staff is. The bathroom was too small.

Terrible location, bedsheets were dirty and had stains and there was no window in the room. Completely different from pictures.

Balcony was beautiful After first shower, the rest were cold. We had this issue at every hotel we stayed in Peru

We loved our stay at Qolqampata Hotel and ended up rebooking it three times while coming and going from Cusco. The view over the city is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff truly treat you like family. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend! Nothing!

Lovely view. Nice staff. Lots of blankets. Coca tea provided. Just to be clear the view means a walk up steep but charming steps to the hotel. Just little things. A bedside lamp. Fruit at breakfast. Drinking water. Shampoo. New faucet and bedspread would be amazing.

We would liked to get the room we booked. There could have been a radiator or some other form of temperature control. It was unsettling that other guests could look into our room and we could look into their bathroom.

shower got cold very quickly

The rooms need maintance and the bathrooms were not clean.

Nice terrace view of the city, somewhat quiet. Hot shower with good pressure A steep hill to walk up and down to the centre. Can hear other people going up the stairs or talking on the floor.

Location. The hostal is 15 minutes walking from the city center. Some rooms may feel very cold.

The view was spectacular, breakfast was simple but filling. We absolutely loved the location - was a little tucked away from the main square so it was quiet and felt safe yes easily walkable! It was a great value stay, would absolutely recommend staying here for those just looking for a place to stay if you aren’t going to spend much time in your room! My only complaint is there was no heat, which maybe that is just how accommodations are in Cusco but it got pretty cold in the rooms so definitely bring and wear layers. Despite that, they provided so many blankets on the bed I was never cold sleeping!

The location is good It was very cold even under 3 thick layers of blanket and there were people talking so loud around 6am

The family is absolutely lovely and caring, it was a pleasure to stay at the Hostal Qolqampata. After check out we could leave our luggage there for some days, what was really helpful for us. The view from our room was beautiful. Thank you for the nice stay!

Nice staff.

Very big room, very nice views, very well located - close to the city, very nice owners, possibility for laundry service. You can use their terrace and space area. Room was coldish, the breakfast was not really good, and a little comment: Even though they were always there, since you dont have the main door key, you have to wait for them to open you the door, which is fine, unless you are in a real rush haha
