I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff, breakfast, rooms and convenience were genuinely 5 stars and I can’t find any negative thing to say about this place. Special thanks to Karima who helped with everything needed and was always professional and available whenever needed. Beatrice from the concierge was also very friendly and helped recommend a good place to watch the World Cup. Overall a really good experience, thank you Waldorf. Nothing

I really had struggled with my stay this time. I usually like the high end service I had so many requests and simple agreements that weren’t looked after like the early check in for 2:30 which was confirmed in advance. My team had to eat. It all caused a delay and very high levels of anxiety, stress and meltdown in me (I am autistic)
