Michael provided excellent customer service during check-in, which made a great first impression. The location inside the Old Town walls was fantastic and very convenient for exploring Dubrovnik. The private 2-person room and shared bathroom were both very clean and well maintained.

The room was clean, but the floor was very squeaky and made noticeable noise whenever someone walked inside or outside the room. The room next to us also kept slamming their door, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, the toilets were not very clean and it was uncomfortable to use them.

Location! Location!! LOCATION!! Nothing! Perfect in every way. Exactly as described, no surprises

The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms were spartan but fine. The WiFi was a little weak but generally ok. The kitchen was a nice amenity, as were the free cornflakes. Mike at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear the person snoring in the room next door.

Great location right in the heart of old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen with a hot plate for cooking isand lounge area with free tea, coffee, cereal. Room was a good size with large locker. Adequate bathrooms and showers on each floor. Loved the ambiance of the old building. Hostel was clean and well maintained.

Great facilities with a communal kitchen and lounge. The location is ideal, really close to Pile Gate within the Old Town. The rooms were really good.

The location was in the centre of the Old Town - shared shower /toilet next door. Smallest single room I've ever stayed in during my long years travelling the world and its was €72 per night! Basically a rip off for a hostel.
