The property was in excellent location with stunning view.

Very well located. Close to everything in Fira. The place was just the good size for two and it’s so cute.

The hot tub is great. The host is very pleasant in providing local restaurant information. Awesome location.

Matthia arranged our airport pickup and gave us lots of great tips to make sure we would find some hidden gems in Santorini! The location is absolutely perfect. We had two amazing dinners at the restaurant across the lane. Highly recommend! Thank you, Matthia and Dimitris! Everything was great.

The property was in a great location and quite big for Europe. The host is very kind and quick to respond! There is an over powering smell through the place that we did not like. I think it may be from the jacuzzi inside the main room? The smell burned our friends eyes who were staying in the room. Additionally, the AC unit when you first walked in leaked the entire time we were there. We had to constantly change towels to soak up the water. We were told someone would be by to fix it but no one ever showed up.

Location was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed. Matthia was very helpful throughout our stay with answering questions, giving recommendations, and booking & reserving for us! Restaurant is right across from the apartment patio but this is very common in Santorini.

The location is amazing, its only 3 mins away from Fira square. We had Matthias who handed us the room keys, she was amazing. She is really helpful I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about the hotel. It was just perfect

Exceptional view Nothing

Location and inside pool. Our AC went out on the first night and staff didn’t come until the morning after so the room was extremely hot and we didn’t get any rest. AC was fine the rest of our stay. There are many stairs to get to the hotel but the shuttle driver was very helpful and helped us take our luggage up and down.

Extremely spacious and comfortable . In the heart of Fira with lovely views from the balcony The indoor jacuzzi , thought large was dated and there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the room

Location good but directly opposite restaurant and tourists unaware that it was a dead end path A lot of foot traffic. Accommodation pokey.

What I like a about the property is the amazing view and how big the apartment is. Also Matthia was very helpful. Pillows, noise at night because of the restaurant/bar in front, there is a constant smell from the pool inside the apartment. Don’t get me wrong, Is good to have it but, the pool smell doesn’t feel good. Breakfast can be improved as well. They ask you what time do you want to receive it but it does come all packed in a box, instead of serve on a tray, so doesn’t really matter what time you want it.

Best possible view in the area! The apartment was quaint and cozy and had a fabulous upper deck for enjoying the scenery! Our hostess Matthia was on top of everything and took excellent care of our needs during our stay. I highly recommend Calia Caves for the best view on Santorini! Nothing!

No Greek food in the neighboring restaurant was disappointing

Just beautiful. Fantastic location, super helpful host and exceeded all expectations.

Location is perfect, very central but not busy with tourists passing by. The view is reasonably good and meet expectation. The apt is clean and functional with everything we need. Our host is responsive and helpful, allowing us a very early check-in given our travel schedule, and booked us a great table at the restaurant next door. The view is good but a bit blocked by the terrace of a nearby restaurant just right next to the apartment. The apt may br a bit small for a family as when the sofa bed turned into a bed, there is almost no sitting area in the main floor. The small kitchen is small but functional, would be better if the sliding door is removed - it is quite difficult tonuse the space with the door with really no real function of it
