The location is great it’s close to the main walking area with lots of restaurants and shops. The property is on the side of a cliff which is it off of the beaten path. A small pool overlooking the sea, it was very relaxing for a bit of down time and very picturesque. Since tap drinking water was an issue, the property provided complimentary water throughout our stay. There are lots of steps.

Loved the hotel, the location, the staff were outstanding, made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was divine, & we felt like we were on our second honeymoon! Loved everything!

Staff were exceptional. Always willing to help with whatever you needed. initial room not as expected. Website misleading. Quickly rectified by staff but at an extra cost.

Getting help from staff was a cumbersome a couple times without a front desk to go to, but the messaging worked fine.

Panagiotis (the property manager) was exceptionally helpful as were all the staff…clean and quiet (slow season) the place scores a “12” on a scale of one to ten Everything was great

The fact that because we booked the room with the private Jacuzzi, we don’t have access to the pool. I recommend people to book the normal rooms as they have the same view and the pool is much more cleaner than the Jacuzzi.

The location, rooms, hospitality of the staff, food( breakfast/ brunch) and evening entertainment. Wish there were not as many stairs to reach the property. It will be hard to reach for people with knee or leg issues. But that is the case in general for all of Fira/ oui properties.

The location was unexpectedly nice. Different. Wasn’t prepared for the hilly accommodation. But nice. Christina and her colleagues were super nice. Highly recommended.

Centrally located in the heart of Fira. There are many steep steps to get to the property but the view is amazing! Room 10 had a caldera view but it was partially blocked by the canopy of the room below. ?
