The view from the patio in front of our room was simply spectacular The whole arc of the eastern side of the caldera was laid out in front of us, from the southern tip of Thera all the way up to Oina. Watching the sunset from there was magical Also Costas, a superintendent was very generous with his time. He sat with us and gave us many useful tips about seeing the island. He introduced us to a local gentleman who was able to drive us around and show us how residents of the island actually live and was able to take us to visit something I’ve always wanted to see, which is the archaeological dig at Akrotiri. That site and the museum of Minoan culture in Fira were to me the most interesting things I saw in my entire visit to Greece The breakfast was only fair The bathroom was somewhat old and dank but was clean and functional. The amazing view more than made up for these minor issues

The Caldera View room was absolutely amazing! Sunsets from this hotel are beautiful. There is a lounge room with a wall of windows you can sit in & enjoy the views as well. Breakfast every morning was filling & had a variety to choose from. Location on the island was perfect. Would definitely return. Everything was great! No complaints!

Shower drainage is not great.

Nice sunset view from the private balcony. The room was with 2 levels: the bed was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. The problem is that the air-conditioning was only up. The bathroom was too cold. The second morning at 7am the electricity in the whole room was out. We could not reach anyone, the staff was coming only at 8.30 (if at all because of the holidays), we so cold, the room was freezing. Thankfully it was our last day, we had a flight at noon, so we just packed up and left without any breakfast. The tap is too low, impossible to wash hands or filling the tea cattle. No shelves for clothes The bed is small and too bumpy. The entrance to the bed is only from 1 side. Too pity it's not possible to eat the breakfast and see the view. There is a nice big area, but the do not serve the breakfast there

Great location, great breakfast and great room. The rooms needed to have hooks for hanging towels and other items . Also the shower area needs something to avoid water from shower getting everywhere. Slipped several times and had to use several towels to clean.

Amazing location and view. So calm and peaceful. I suggest to improve the breakfast with more variety.

The hotel is very close to Fira and offers an incredible view of the volcano.

Athena a very hard working Lady I liked her Service. Her Customer care Service is exceptional liked everything except for the on and off power and water supply which i think is a General Problem.

Great view. Luxurious room and 15 minutes walk to Fira center

Location is the best to see the mesmerising scenic views of Santorini. Can’t forget the stunning views. Kind and helpful staff. Room is always cleaned everyday. Comfortable bed.

The room I never had to write such a long review in booking but I really want to warn everyone - The worst management I have ever encountered. The manager will lie just to ‘save’ a few pennies, with no regard for guest experience or service quality. I have stayed in 2-star hotels with far better management. Unfortunately, this manager’s bad attitude and poor manners make your stay feel like a 2-star experience at best. Additionally, the hotel is extremely understaffed, again due to poor management decisions. It is clear that this manager is unfit to run this hotel—or any hospitality service for that matter. Simply put, the management is terrible and highly deceptive

Room was much bigger than we expected and had a nice style. Hotel was quiet but close enough to easily walk to restaurants and bars. Pool area had a lovely view. No bar (had to wait for staff to be around to order drinks). Breakfast was just ok, could have been much better.
