Very clean and the owner was fantastic! Nothing!

He recently opened a bistro below the rooms, with excellent food. When ever I had a question about Florence Carmine would immediately answer me on Whats app with a straight forward answer, map/directions, links to nearby restaurants or wine windows. Even helped us to grab a taxi. Great individual that you can connect with.

Great location and room was very clean. The host was very attentive and checked on everything even though he was out of town. Gave us a a great recommendation for a seafood restaurant.

Spotless and updated, clean modern yet lots of charm. excellent location. very quiet at night, no street noise at all. ample storage, high ceilings and tall window add a lot of spaciousness . Excellent air conditioning. great host! nothing - all was great

Comfortabe room and convenient location. The owner/host was friendly and helpful.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. They helped us carry our two heavy pieces of luggage before check-in and after check-out, provided us with useful information, and prepared plenty of drinks and wine in the room. The breakfast was the most abundant of my entire trip, and surprisingly, the iced latte even had a thick, rich foam! The location is very convenient for getting anywhere. If I have the chance to revisit Florence, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The host was exceptional. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing.

Very close to the market place so it was loud sometimes, (earplugs were provided :p ) The entrance was very small, and the stairs were steep. So make sure you don’t bring huge luggage.

Host was very communicative and friendly. He helped us carry our bags up and down the stairs. The property was in a great central location for us. I liked the high ceilings which made the room feel big. Overall pleasant stay

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hospitality was the highlight of our stay. The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming—they carried our luggage, arranged a taxi for us, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was served at the café downstairs, which was convenient and enjoyable. A great place to stay in Florence, and we would happily return.

There were so many thoughtful extra touches that added to our exceptional experience, really just too many to list.

It was very central - a few blocks from the Duomo and train station so convenient for everything we needed. We did not hear any street noise and the room was very clean and comfortable. It sits above the restaurant where you are given a 10 euro credit for a delightful breakfast each morning. Carmine, the owner, was very communicative before and during our stay. He met us and helped carry in the luggage. He responded immediately to any questions and with helpful suggestions and information. He is a gem and made us feel like we were staying with a good and welcoming friend. Nothing

Carmine was a wonderful host who did everything that he could to accommodate us. There were many welcoming touches in our room. His bistro downstairs was the perfect place for a quick breakfast and they have many American menu items. The location was perfect, right next door to the Central Market and walking distance to many things. Nothing!

trip to Cinque Terre. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Lots of complimentary stuff- minibar items, chocolates and even a bottle of wine. The breakfast next day was also nice even though we had to leave really early in the morning. Our only regret would be that we stayed for just a day. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Our host was so friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. We really appreciated the welcome snacks and drinks. We would highly recommend this apartment. The only negative for us was the market stalls that lined the streets around the apartment. Getting to the apartment was rather chaotic because of the crowded market out front. Being directly across from the Central Market was amazing, as it is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch, but the outdoor markets make the area feel overwhelmingly crowded.

Location was great after arriving on train and easy walk to everything. Carmine the host was so thorough with communication before and during our stay. The bistro below with breakfast voucher was soooo good! Room was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!! Nothing

The owner Carmine is amazing, went out of his way to satisfy his guests. Even made us a Brown bag breakfast because we were leaving early. His bistro downstairs is also excellent. Location excellent!! I am 6’-4”, the bed was a bit small and the mattress was too hard for our liking. That is my only minor negative.
