The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished and clean, I always felt safe and the location couldn’t be any better! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Location is as close to all the popular locations as it gets. Great! Staff (Mrs. Giuila) is great and welcoming. Room was small but nice and clean. Air conditioning was loud.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was beautiful and authentic. We stayed in the Tower suite which had amazing City views from all the windows. Beautifully cool with the aircon and very peaceful. There were amazing restaurants literally on the doorstep! Walking distance to all the sights. Just perfect, we will definitely be back. Also the parking is brilliant, just 2 doors down from the hotel. Nothing, everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Florence and would happily stay here again. The staff were genuinely lovely and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. They always offered me tea or coffee, shared wonderful local recommendations, and were so easy to chat with. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I was also very grateful that my room was cleaned every day, which made returning after a day of exploring Florence even more enjoyable. The only sad part was that I had to leave very early in the morning, so I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye and thank everyone in person. If you’re reading this, thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for making my time in Florence so special. I truly hope to stay with you again one day! Nothing at all.

Beautiful artwork and sophisticated design or Breakfast was nice but minimal. However its sp near anything going out as its so central it was not a problem

Good location in the old part of the city. Quiet room with AC. Easy tram ride to the airport. Close to train station. Small fridge to keep personal items. Walk around easily to the whole old historic part of the city. Some renovations of building going on when I was there. Maybe extra signage to reception would be nice.
