Hotel Centrale

Everything was incredible. The suite is out of this world. Very good breakfast. And great service from the staff.

The location is perfect! It’s situated central to the city so getting around is really easy. It’s also on a more quiet street so it’s less stressful throughout the day on the street with cars and foot traffic. The rooms are also really cozy, all very different from each. The staff is really attentive and friendly. Some of the rooms are a bit tight with space vs others. Getting an iron and board sometimes is tricky since there seems to not be enough of them? I went for work so I needed to use it quite often.

The location, the room tne stuff !!!! Next time we will use this hotel again !!!

The place where the property is located is very convenient for sightseeing and it's easy to get there and back to the railway station. I subtracted one point from the facilities valuation because the door handle inside the bathroom was regularly falling off when you were trying to close it. When I mentioned that to the portier, the portier was a bit surprised about this thing concerning me.

The room was great and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, excellent access to museums, churches, restaurants and other points of interest. Short walk to the train station. Breakfast was very good and the service was great. Was in a beautiful old building. So, older charming buildings have their downsides. The elevator was small and dated, which didn't matter too much since we usually take the stairs. The breakfast area felt dated and was in need of a refresh.

Size of the rooms and location. Breakfast was amazing. Don’t miss it Lots of mosquitos in room in February.

Very centrally located, can’t beat the location Kind of a weird set-up, the hotel shares the building with other businesses

The property was close to everything in Florence! The breakfast was great and the staff was so nice all hours of the day! There was no vent fan in the bathroom, so when you showed the whole room got hot. This made it very uncomfortable especially at night before bed. The air doesn’t work super well because the ceilings are so high I would imagine.

Fantastic Breakfast! Best I’ve had in Europe. No complaints!

Location and it’s history Nothing

Location and proximity to the Santa Maria Del Fiori cathedral. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Very hard to get here if you are driving. Most roads do not give you access to the hotel.

Great location in the center of Florence. Nice breakfast, gracious and kind staff. Room was nicely sized.
