Hotel was close to train station Room was very small. Postage stamp size. TV was only local channels. Dis not have English language capabilities or English sub titles. Bathroom was tiny. Shelf in bathroom was broke. Shower was 2x2 ft tiny.

The location is convenient to the train station. There is a 24/7 staff to answer any questions and assist with information. The breakfast included pastries, cereal, yogurt, and coffee. We did not get to keep our key once we left the building; we had to turn it into the staff at the front desk. There is no elevator. There is no A/C (or at least it was not available when we visited in March, despite it still being warm at night). The "luggage storage" is just sticking your luggage in the corner in the lobby and hoping no one takes it.

A lot of noise in the early morning. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was the simplest. The breakfast was minimal.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests need to carry large luggage up the stairs, which can be quite challenging

The hotel is in the heart of downtown Florence. Very close to Academia and Duomo. We had a first floor room and the street bustle was very loud late into the night and the morning noise of delivery trucks started early.

This small hotel is close to the main train station and walking distance from all the touristic places in Florence. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's safe to walk around. The breakfast is simple but well appreciated since it's included. Excellent staff and great service!

Location, very close to Ferienz S M railway station, restaurant, walking to every major attraction. Room size, no refrigerator, and food choice at the time of breakfast, need more food option.

A lot of noise coming from the window! The window face a busy street and the windows it’s not exactly sound proof. The shower is not very good, it doesn't have much water pressure.

Friendly staff / Nice breakfast Hotel needs at least one English speaking TV channel! BBC or CNN International!
