The quiet location away from the city

Great private parking which included in the price. We could leave care there before check in and after check out. Easy access from the freeway. Also very good breakfast. Room was big and comfortable.

Free parking and on the day of leaving they let us leave the car until 18h for free. Comfy and spacious room. Location is good, center 15-20 mins using bus Breakfast is nothing special, not enough choice for guests not eating pork.

Nice and quiet very clean The breakfast variation was limited could have had more cereal, coffee machine was to small for the amount of people and also located in the wrong place

Un cadre exceptionnel, tres typique, avec tout le confort necessaire, à 2 pas du centre, des musees,, etc. Silence et clim qui permettent un repos tres reparateur. Petit dejeuner attrayant avec des croissants savoureux, du vrai yaourt, de la charcuterie de pays... Très bonne prestation pour un prix avenant.

quiet and beautiful location, staff was friendly and breakfast was lovely. pillows/bed were not very comfortable. Location had a good view, but a steep walk up if you walked into town. Was fine for adults, but my young children struggled a bit.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa and its garden look like something out of a fairy tale, with the classic Tuscan atmosphere you imagine from pictures. It was truly a beautiful place to stay. The location is outside the city center, but getting to Florence by public transport is easy. The bus stops are nearby—you just need to plan your trips a little in advance. Our apartment was on two levels, with the double bed on the loft and the bunk bed downstairs. Breakfast was good overall. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this place. The only thing we didn't enjoy were the juices, which tasted more like flavored water than fruit juice. Replacing them with better-quality juices would make the breakfast experience even better.
