Location and comfort On forth floor had no hot water throughout stay. Tried multiple times of the day and always a cold shower

We absolutely loved this hotel. The door to the hotel is controlled by staff at all times. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and the staff in the dining room were incredibly friendly. The coffee with breakfast was so good! The room was very comfortable with plenty of storage. Bathroom and shower were nice. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station which is also a meeting place for tours. Hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Duomo, Accademia, and Uffizi Galleries. I highly recommend The Frame Hotel and hope to stay again in the future. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. It was by far my favorite hotel of the four we stayed in during our visit to Italy. Highly recommend!!!

Staff were always warm, welcoming and helpful. The front desk manager who directed us to his favorite place for gelato made the trip! Room was a bit small.

Room was very clean. Hotel was perfectly located for walking through the city. Daniel at the front desk was wonderful. Convenient water on tap any time you needed, and tea time for an afternoon pick me up. Front desk needed to control thermostat for the room and room was hotter than normally preferred. While there was a Nespresso in the room, I would have preferred to have access to the coffee machine in the breakfast room 24 hours a day the way it is provided in other hotels in Florence.

Good location, near the Duomo and other easily accessible sites in Florence. Loved the story of the hotel being the site of the missing Mona Lisa and the way they incorporate that into the art/decoration of the space. We had 3 people - a king size bed and a twin size pull out couch - which meant space was tight with luggage, etc but we made it work. The bathroom was large. They had a lovely 'tea' in the early evenings and a neat little wine basement with a wine dispenser for getting out of our room to hang out, without leaving the property.

The Frame staff was really nice and helpful. The Frame is a perfect location. Walk from train, two blocks from the center of town.

Location and amenities Nothing. It was perfect!

The location, the art, the staff, unlimited refills of cold water (upstairs). Walking distance to train and Duomo. Extremely small room, when opening window for airflow, smelt like someone was right outside of the window smoking.
