The property is stunning. Beautiful roses all around and very well maintained grounds. The pool area is even more beautiful than the pictures and videos. Truly special! The front of house staff were amazing. We had the duplex on the Nobel floor. It was nice but beds are not very comfortable, no in room coffee or tea supplies.

Breakfast was fantastic—absolutely super! The staff were wonderful and very attentive. We were also fortunate to attend the Christmas brunch, which was exceptional. The food was outstanding, there was live music, and the atmosphere was simply incredible.

Gorgeous old villa in a magical setting close to Downtown yet secluded. The added values that makes this property superlative is the staff. Attentive, polite yet charming they made my stay absolutely perfect. I am a disabled traveller with a service dog so I can be demanding at times, but in this case they really made sure I had all I needed before I even asked for it! I wish I had spent more nights there.

It’s the perfect getaway in the perfect location just outside the city. The shuttle service is amazing as is the team.

Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. The rooms are extremely small for the price paid per night. AC was not working properly. No Espresso machine in the room, which is not normal for a hotel of that category.
