Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Ft. Collins E at I-25

Convenient place to stay, dated yet comfortable. Questionable Patrons hanging around the parking lot at night.

Didn’t say anything bc I was exhausted from an 18hr drive. Smelt like cigarettes. Price was good

The staff were very helpful. We stayed for a week, were able to get towels and toiletries refilled. The breakfast was a nice perk.

Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Once I checked into my Jacuzzi suite, and realized that I could not get the TV working, we removed to another room, a couple doors down… generally speaking, the walls in the bathrooms were not cleaned, it was clear that somebody was not really cleaning… The bedsheets in both rooms were stained, it would’ve been nice if they actually provided some sort of a blanket other than just sheets… But honestly, the sleep was great… However, in that second room, the mini fridge was unplugged, and it was filled with mold inside… Lol, no big deal, I plugged it in and put my energy drinks in there… I loved my Jacuzzi experience, however, it does take about 30 minutes to fill the tub… But overall, I would definitely return because it was actually a good value despite being an obviously cheap experience. Additionally, I just don’t really feel like much care was taken to reset the room between guests… Our room was not given an ice bucket either.

Tyson is a rock star. That's to say when I needed any help he was ready to serve. However, there were some issues. The first room I was assigned the microwave and refrigerator were unplugged. The fridge smelled awful and I refused

U have to have prime account to watch the TV. The shower steam made the smoke alarm go off

Door was broken, very run down, property was filthy, weeds growing through the pool net. Sketchy area, homeless people in the ditch out front.

It was fine until I noticed the roaches that were climbing down the wall and in the bathroom man I'm allergic to roaches and especially roaches at a hotel room so I'll never be back there again.

We always check the room before we carry everything in and went back to the office and told them, he didn’t act surprised and issued a full refund

No working air conditioning! Room was extremely hot ?

Not much Pool not worked in 3 years. The room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Air conditioner did not work room was in 80s. We wanted a cool room rented because had pool,was suposed to have working air conditioned . I am non smoker room smelled strong of smoke.

I have stayed here before. I will stay again in the future even though the room deposit is a stiff $100.00. Most hotels in the area hover from $50.00 to $75.00. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile. I like it because it's quiet. The staff will not knock on your door incessantly like another property in the area. The breakfast is adequate even if they run out of an item the front desk will put out more. I can safely recommend this property.

HORRIBLE. Had to change rooms. First room smelt like mildew and mold w/ wet carpets. The EXPEDIA add said hot tub/jacuzzi in room - that is false. It is THE shower for the room in the living room (bathroom has no shower or bath). Both rooms were digusting. Staff seemed to know about the first room, which is beyond alarming. Spent over 30 mins on the phone w/ expedia last night to only receive $25 compensation back. Keep in mind, I paid ~$130 for the WORST room and hotel. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE - NOT SAFE.

There were broken down cars in the parking lot. Seemed like a hotel that people stay at long term. Room smelled terrible and the A/C did not work very well.

It was right off the freeway - dog friendly and was a good price Due to the low price there were homeless folks living there so it was a little sketchy but wasn’t a problem

The t.v. didn't work and we couldn't get anyone to come look at it. THe bar in the bathtub was broken, The breakfast was very minimal! It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
