Extended stay property with on site laundry and exercise equipment. The room had lingering smell of men's cologne or deodorant, normally wouldn't be an issue but my wife is sensitive to scents. Although the property is non-smoking inside the smoking areas are right outside the entrance doors, convenient for smokers not for non-smokers, also cigarette and marijuana smells do find their way into the building. Location is conveniently located right off the freeway and is close to McDonald's and a well stocked gas station. Google lists the property as a two star hotel, I would agree.

It was nice spot to layover

There were only 2 towels in our room, for 3 guests in 2 beds. Not a huge deal, but awkward. The wifi required login, and it's possible that we missed some detail but it appeared to require payment (not free). There were noisy people all over the place, with crying kids and barking dogs, likely due to the extended stay situation. Booking through a third party requires that you sign paperwork and clarify the rate the booking site provided, which was a confusing start to our late check-in. There are no options for late checkout unless you wish to pay extra through a process of being checked and rebooked (again, 3rd party complication). The kitchen is nice and there is a full sized fridge. All in all - I think the hotel is perfectly comfortable for a longer stay. I wouldn't book again for a single night.

New, clean, easy check in. Perfect for a night or a longer stay

The facilities were nice! Love the clean modern setting and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The rooms were very spacious and I loved the kitchenette - very clean and convenient for the foods that we brought for cooking. I really liked the enclosed pet relief area, however, it smelled terrible. My dog did NOT want to go in and sat by the gate. There were various piles of feces, so I'm not sure if that was pet owners being lazy and leaving it behind or some rogue geese. Either way, someone from the staff should have picked up the area. Also, it seemed like pet owners were not using the provided bags because the waste bin reeked.

Staff was very understanding when I got sick during my stay. Helped a lot.

No breakfast at this location Rooms that have had pets require deep cleaning

Room was very clean. Smelled a bit musty though. The doors are extremely loud and will keep you up at night with neighbors going in and out of room. There were stains on carpet in hallway going to the room. I was woken up every night by guests on the floor above me. Loud stomping at midnight and 2am as well as the loud doors. I had to wear ear plugs. The hotel wasn't a ton cheaper than other hotels so I was a little disappointed in my stay.
-
I was charged more than the price given on Expedia and they also kept my $50 deposit.

It was fine. The staff was helpful and this is very much a budget hotel. For that it was clean and quiet. There were not many amenities and it was very bare bones other than in room kitchenettes. For a cheap place to stay that was clean, it was great.

Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, spray disinfectant, paper plates, plastic cutlery, etc.

The property is visibly clean but there is definitely an unpleasant smell throughout. The common areas smell like weed and air freshener and our room smelled like a wet dog. Not terrible but not great.

The location was great, the hotel was clean, but the staff made the whole experience GREAT! They were very friendly and helpful! We WILL be back N/A

Very poor

Staff(if there ) was rude. Smelled in the room. Could not cook due to not having any utensils. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it constantly made noise on the floor. Walls had greasy marks on them. Price was the only good thing. Staff(if there ) was rude. Smelled in the room. Could not cook due to not having any utensils.
