Walking distance to restaurants and the convenience store. As Canadians we couldn’t use the bike rental app for the bikes out front.

Free welcome Bar in the evening, and free breakfast. Rooms were great. We could see mt Fuji from our room. Location was good also. Close to everything.

like the location though it is bit awy from the centre, On sen was excellent, breakfast was tasty, plenty of variety's and ample of food. Room was warm and cosy, I should mentioned about welcome drinks from 6 to 8 PM which was very generous. Lots of eateries and grocery shopping at the proximity. Taxis were available for resonable price. Room is bit too small but its biggser for japanese standards

location is okay it's really the worst experience! i dont usually comment on hotel but this one... the phone is the room never get pick up from 4pm to 9pm which I guess it is a fake phone, just for a simple question like wifi password( the one I received during check-in was wrong) or booking room type confirmation, everytime I have to get 20f down and wait for 10mins in frontdesk to find someone for 3 seconds answer. it's 2025!
