    The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was nice, and the amenities met my expectations. Unfortunately, the staff was the biggest disappointment. They were not very welcoming or helpful, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. While I enjoyed the hotel overall, I hope management focuses on improving the guest experience through better staff training. With friendlier service, this would have been an excellent stay.

    Overall we had a good time. We had gone the year before and loved it so we decided to go again. There was some things that caused our stay to not be as great. Only one elevator was working which caused for long wait times which was inconvenient. I wasn’t told about parking which was a little annoying. Maybe it was written somewhere but just know you will be paying $28 a night for parking. Also they were very hard to get ahold of after the fact. I left something in the room after check out which I take full responsibility for but when trying to contact them I was left on hold for 15 minutes and then after that declined every other time I tried to reach out. Finally emailed them and was told my message was forwarded to the Lost and found department (Housekeeping) & have not heard back from them. Overall I do like the place, I just won’t be back because of these inconveniences and for the price of this place I think other places on the island would be just as good of choices.

    Pool area (not the staff), activities for kids. Staff (no tall of them), room not cleaned, elevator not working at check in (with 4 suitcases, 4th floor), check in line of almost an hour. Purchased drinks/food bought at Hilton store in the hotel not allowed in pool area.....!! Bistro has a complete different menu as on the website. Check final bill as we were overcharged almost $200, they corrected when I went to the reception desk.

    The room we stayed in smelled of mold really bad. They were supposed to get someone to look into it but they never showed up. House keeping never came to clean our rooms the three days we were there. We had to track down some extra towels. They also charged us for parking for three day although I self parked.

    No hot water and elevators were not working for 24 hours and we were on 8th floor. In addition the hotel was extremely dirty

    We checked in June 19th, 2026 for a 7 day stay on the 3rd day we return to our room and found a staff member standing in the dark in our room. She claimed to have made our bed but she had not! I hade made it before we headed out that day. We had left the red arrow on our door to not come in. We made cleaning staff aware that morning we did not need our room cleaned. Even the manager verified we were on the do not clean list. She had no supplies, no cart nothing in her hands. We asked for the manager (Claudia) who continued repeatedly to tell us her staff did nothing wrong and telling us she had a cart which she did not. My husband went out to check. We never found the red arrow on the door. It was taken off. We had no choice but to check out and get another hotel. We felt very uncomfortable after this incident. We were truly enjoying our time there until this happened and felt very discarded by the property manager (Claudia) she had no empathy for our situation. If your looking for privacy and a safe place I would diffently book somewhere else. We also, knew our bed hadn't been made as there was a stain from us spilling something on our sheets and it was still there.

    Good location and really nice pool. Electricity was out for several hours. Also, water leaked into room and under the floors so when I stepped on some of the boards in the floor, they squished and water came through the spaces. I tried cleaning with a towel, and towel was visibly dirty, which meant the floors were dirty.
