The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center

We were in a VIP king room on the top floor 16th, everything was clean and fresh and wonderful. They had fresh fruit and coffee and juice and croissants in the morning. Room Service food was delicious. The staff is very helpful and amazing. Pool service was excellent as always!!

When checking in. Hotel staff greeted with a friendly smile. Front desk Rianna checked us in. Explain, the hotel stay and its amenities to us. Checked in room, room had a view of the seawall. It was beautiful and room was clean. Our stay was amazing! We will be back.

Piscina no es muy grande comparado a la cantidad de habitaciones. No había sillas disponibles.Los cuartos necesitan remodelación. Las almohadas no eran cómodas. La tubería del lavamanos olía mal. En fin siendo generoso le doy 3 estrellas de 5.

We stayed for the weekend. Loved the proximity to the beach. The pool wasn't crazy deep so it was excellent to relax in after a long day. Loved the café and dining options as well inside of the property. Plenty of fun activities for kids as well.

Rooms were very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The outdoor pool was fantastic.

Very big rooms, beautiful view of the ocean, room can controld via thermostat, WiFi was pretty weak, just used the cell towers for signal

We stay here at least twice a year. Sometimes on the club 10 floor, sometimes random king or double queen rooms. Everything is always maintained nicely but the only "gripe" is the shower doors never close all the way. We end up needed extra towels to keep the floor dry. That's literally the only thing I can think of to complain about, everything is top notch!

They had several daily activities for both adults and children which was great since we have a young daughter. I would definitely stay here again!

Vallet parking did not answer the phone during the day. Had to go down and get my vehicle myself a couple of times Pool cabanas are way too expensive and not offered for half days. I would think to earn more $$ for cabana usage offer it at a discount if not all are rented out

Also found a dead roach in our ice bucket and housekeeping didn't think much of it. Said they would address the problem tomorrow morning. I would thing this should be addressed immediately. Should have had some kind of cocktail or meal to satisfy this type of inconsistency.

Excellent 3 night anniversary trip.

The ac was to load nt was easy to sleep the floor in the room was sticky. Just 1 bartender at pool bar the hot tub was dirty and not was working.

Most friendly staff ever. Very respectful. Attentive to all our needs.

Staff was excellent. Not worth the price. We paid for penthouse corner room. One window opened to a white wall and you could not see anything else. Only ocean view was the balcony. Bathroom needs updated.

My room wasn’t ready at the time of checking in.I had to wait after 4 pm to get room key

Staff was friendly. Always speaking and loved the way valet opened the car door for me. Pool was clean and swim up bar. Lived the parrot in front who said hello every morning. Club 10 we received a free breakfast in bed every morning. And chocolates on our pillow every night

We always love the San Luis and the staff. Still think it's high especially when our room was overlooking a roof.

Many scheduled fun events all day and the spa is excellent. The steak house is excellent but crowded and tables are close together. The room was clean and have excellent views but somewhat outdated. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to be friendly. We will stay again but not on the weekend.
