Very pleasant staff, convenient parking, and Beach access!

Location, staff was friendly and welcoming, and beds were great Our safe was broken and not replaced, they did let me put stuff in the main safe, but I thought it should have been repaced by the 2nd day, it would have been more convenient to have our stuff in our room The shower surround wall was loose and looked like it was seperating from the wall The peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it, Upon arrival the toilet wouldnt flush and the seat was broken off, they sent maintenance to repair, he did replace the seat, but it still took 3x flushing to even flush urine down. We gave up and just flushed 3x each bathroom visit. On check in we were told that 50.00 a day would be held for incidentals and as security for the property. I don't think we could have done more damage to the room than was already present on arrival.

It was a great hotel and perfect location!

All amenities were pretty good, Hotel does have an indoor pool, and you do have access to the neighboring hotel’s outdoor pool. All in all the hotel provides what you need for a comfortable and fun filled family stay.

The staff went above and beyond. The rooms also seem to have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. The beds made it real hard to get up and enjoy the beach.

The staff was great!! The breakfast could use some work. The egg bites were not good. There was not much of a variety to choose from even the cereal was Lucky charms that looked like it had been picked through and Cheerios. No oatmeal no muffins. The pool hours are odd considering the pool is indoors.

I wanted to like this hotel so much because of the reviews I read prior to booking, but my family and I had a terrible experience. The first room they gave us had a very strong smell of cigarettes. That really shocked us because they have signs everywhere saying it’s a smoke free property, so how housekeeping didn’t report the strong smell was appalling. They then switched us to a room that didn’t have a functioning fridge (needed it for my daughter’s milk) but they did accommodate and held the milk at a front desk fridge. However, what really made the experience unpleasant was how dirty the room was! The toilet bowl was stained and dirty, the shower walls were covered in hairs, the “clean” towels had a lot of hairs, the floors had dust accumulated throughout and was obviously not cleaned. The only thing that was fine was the bed, we checked and it appeared clean. If I had the time, I would have asked for a refund and switched hotels but with a small child at 10pm that wasn’t possible. The next day we had an early event that was all day, so since the bed was fine we sucked it up and stayed but never ever again. DO NOT stay here, that is my warning to others. And I’d like to add that I have never had such a bad experience, I’ve never left a hotel a bad review but that’s how bad this was. The only good thing was the front desk staff, they were kind and helpful.

Staff were great. Bed was way too soft and sounded broken. The shower curtain look like it had some black paint or grease stained on it. A/C was hard to operate and had wires hanging out of it. Otherwise the hotel and room were good. Great location. Shower/tub was a little dangerous and should probably have a grab bar.

Would stay again.

The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable! Anytime I needed anything I called n they helped me. Not many breakfast options to choose from.
