Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at! The service and amenities exceeded anything we’ve experienced—even at the Ritz-Carlton. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by smiling staff and the most inviting signature scent. Waiting in our room was a thoughtful handwritten note and complimentary Belgian chocolates on the bed, such a special touch. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast, and it was by far the best breakfast we’ve had on this trip—better than anywhere we tried in both Paris and Belgium! And the shower… absolutely incredible. It felt like standing beneath a waterfall in the best possible way. This hotel truly made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! There were no concerns/dislikes

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The service and staff are exceptional. The interior is newly renovated and stylish. Going out is easy — the hotel is located on a quiet street, near tourist walking routes and restaurant streets. The breakfast room is a masterpiece.

In the very center of Gand, close to absolutely everything, a great location, an old-style building just in front of the city hall, Great breakfast, a rather good bedding, service and facilities, options for drink and dinner all around, Very appreciated tea/coffee /hot water and a fridge in the room rooms are VERY different - assuming there are some great ones on the upper floors and .... others .... really tired and old-fashioned (windows difficult to open / close, furnitures, carpets, bathroom) as far as compared between 2 of them I stayed on the same floor... (the second was really much more comfortable for more-than-a-night stay) May be also a little bit noisy.... at 6 AM or regarding your neighbors
