While I appreciate the balcony overlooking the river, greater attention to the cleanliness of the balcony should have been taken. My balcony had debris & butts on it as well as a significant amount of spider webs & creepy, crawling spiders. I was not able to enjoy the balcony (Rm 424) for that reason.

Always enjoy the Happy hour and breakfast at Embassy Suites. Our first time at this one and it was even better than expected. The fresh cook area was busy and everyone was cheerful and helpful. The buffet selections were kept hot and plentiful. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable for our liking.

The Rooms were great Breakfast was good. Staff were delighful Our bathroom had some mold on the tile in the shower.

We LOVE staying at Embassy Suites Grand Rapids! The staff is always friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is an added bonus. The rooms are also very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We had a King Suite with a view, and the view was just beautiful!
