Beautiful hotel. Right Downtown close to everything. We loved it!!!

Drinks from the bar and desserts were delicious. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. Maybe offer a plastic / disposable tray for people who want to take food and beverages to their room- to give them something to carry it on. I struggled carrying two plates and two drinks with nothing to put them on from the restaurant up to the 17th floor and down the hall.

Room was not cleaned even after we asked nicely. Room we booked was not available they offed to comp the $45.00 parking.

The only suggestion I would offer, is that they provide more staff at the check-in desk on a Saturday at 4 pm. This is when you can “officially check in”, so everyone plans to check in then! Marriott is the best!

Check in was delayed by an hour and a half and our shower drain was broken. Very disappointing for what should be a high end hotel.

I lost my hat and the staff was very diligent in finding it. I also liked the VIP room that we had access to for snacks and breakfast. Nice location and close to many activities

After leaving are car with valet staff was informed at front desk that a 50$ per night charge would be billed for car in the Marriott parking garage. I said okay. Paid extra for a city view. Went to our room to find no rack to keep luggage off of floor, so put luggage on desk in front of TV. Went to put soft drinks in fridge and find fridge not working, I said okay we’ll just keep them in a cooler. Best part I opened drapes and find we are looking at a 8 story Marriott parking garage from our 8th story room. City view it was not. Went down to front desk as was told nothing they could do. Disappointing Marriott for a 430$ room.

For the price, I was not blown away. I’ve had nicer rooms for much less. Can’t beat location. Expected more from JW brand.
