Overall super enjoyable and close to Acrisure if you're attending a show! Fair warning that if you're not attending a show there, the sound carries super well so you will definitely be hearing the noise.

The hotel had a plumbing issue and was closed. We stayed at another hotel and did not receive the promised refund.

From past visits the property is great. This time a maintenance issue prohibited us from being able to stay here Water wasn’t working so the hotel was closed. Happened to try to check in early, which was lucky, as they were able to book us at a nearby hotel with only a couple rooms left.

My husband and I stayed here twice in the last 2 months. Once for a wedding in Grand Rapids and once for a concert at the new Acrisure Amphitheater right down the street. Both stays were seamless, comfortable and convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean as a whistle. Safe to say this will be our go-to when visiting Grand Rapids in the future.

Nothing We got there and were sent to another hotel because of no water. They should have contacted us before hand NO contact about no water. Almost missed concert we were attending! BEtter communication was needed

There was mold in the shower. Our door handle security lock did work. Not a typical Marriott stay.
