Our room was clean and was well equipped for a two-day visit. We may have missed it in the description but did not realize that we would be in a basement room or that there was no lobby.
-
Room and bathroom was nice/clean. Location was great. Manual, overnight lock was missing (broken by previous guest) and it appeared insufficient for what one would expect. Basement room looking up at street level not ideal. Price was only marginally better than full hotels in town after fees. Not a huge fan of remote check-in/no staff.

Wonderful room for the price and stellar location! The Livesuites folks were easy to contact for any issues and were very responsive. The refrigerator was a great size for my partner and I as we were roadtripping and needed a place to store our food and the shared microwave and toaster oven in the hall were super convenient for heating up leftovers. My only very minor suggestion for improvement would be to have an additional trash can in the room besides in the bathroom

Great location in downtown GR. Very clean and well kept. Very secure building, we were very happy with this stay and would come back to the Finnley!

Clean, well maintained, great A/C, comfortable bed.

Great location. Unique stay. Loved it

The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.

Property was clean. Room was immaculate. And the location was perfect. Absolutely no complaints.
-
It felt private and comfy and was central to the downtown area

Our room was clean and cozy. Instructions were great for check in. Right down the street is a restaurant called Little Bird whuch was amazing!
-
Great location, easy check-in, very cool vibe, comfy beds and great shower. I booked two rooms as I was traveling for work. My room was located next to what I can only describe as a room full of water pipes. My ENTIRE NIGHT was DISRUPTED everytime someone flushed a toilet - awful. My co-worker said there was no sound disruption in thier room.
-
The bed was a little stiff, the heating cooling unit was making various noises.
-
We attended a concert. The beds were so comfy! And the vibe was amazing! Loved the record player especially the Leonard Cohen! It was perfect! I have never slept that well in a hotel! Nothing It was great!
-
No comforter’s in the room except blankets in this cold, no central heat, the wall unit heater made noises all night blowing air directly on the face, rooms were like basement location, access to the building was not convenient, no amenities were available like breakfast or room service.
-
Clean, modern, great location Had to use parking garage down the street, no main trash can, few towels and no one to talk too in person for requests.
-
Clean, convenient, spacious.

The bed was comfortable and the decorations were nice. There was no reception area, and the check-in was managed by text and a remote worker. I had to get the door code reset a couple of times before I could enter the room. This made me late for the meeting I had. Also, there was a record player with no records. It wasn't a big deal, but it was just an odd experience. Finally, the handle on the fridge fell off when I attempted to open it.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby
