That being said , it was in a convenient location with lots of walkable sites around, it was very clean , and the staff was friendly.

No valet on a Saturday, no parking at the hotel. When you are from out of town, not great

The location was perfect, staff were super friendly, it was very clean, and the bar area was super cute! Having to pay $100 for parking was very disappointing. The pillows in the rooms were also not very supportive and we all woke up with sore necks.

Stayed here for the Megan Moroney concert with 2 girls - it was clean and close to the venue.

It's location by the Van Andel was the reason we stayed and it was just right around the corner. Very convenient after a concert.

While the property was a great location for a concert and the room was very clean and modern, the bathroom had a sliding glass transparent door. I must’ve missed it in my research leading up to booking this. I would not stay again. Just a personal preference.

The customer service was amazing everytime we came downstairs to go to a concert the ladies at the front desk where there to cheer us on

Location was perfect for Acrisure Amphitheater. I felt the location was safe and clean. I liked the efficiency of the room - it felt very European and like a lot of thought was put into layout of accommodations. Staff could have paid attention more to my name and my brother-in-law's name. While both of us have gender neutral first names, the girl behind the desk should have done a better job establishing who was who.

When I was checking out I let the front desk know and the guy next to me checking out was complaining about the same issue. I was told”that’s just how it is” I’m super disappointed that I paid $250 to stay there and didn’t get any sleep.

Very clean room the staff was friendly. Bar was amazing with a live dj and great espresso martinis. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced as well.
