Great location

Parking is challenging and not mentioned ahead of time.

This is a really pleasant hotel with wonderful, helpful staff who bend over backward to assist with everything and anything as needed. Rooms were clean and the small bar downstairs had live music (jazz) - a real bonus for us since we usually have to go hunting to find a jazz bar. Parking was the only negative but the on-street parking is free overnight so it wasn't that big a deal if you can find a free spot and, if not, the adjacent ramp is not very expensive. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of the hotel/restaurant district and will definitely return next time I need to stay in downtown GR.

The room was really comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It had great lighting and everything I needed for my stay. I also loved the location. It was easy to walk around, and there were plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning in my room, so it got pretty cold during the night. Also, there was only one elevator, and it was quite slow, so sometimes it took a while to get up or down. Other than that, I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay.

Seems odd when hotels make rooms that have basically no windows except for one tiny window facing a brick wall. The room was very cool otherwise but it felt like a storage room that was converted into a hotel room. Also almost slipped off the toilet seat because it was broken. Otherwise it did the job. Just wish rooms like this were cheaper.

Very quiet, convenient location.

The energy from the time we walked in was lively and inviting, and who doesn’t love that?! Their restaurant and bar were hopping and the staff was vibing right along with the energy. Room was clean and jut what we expected. Excellent experience. We’ll be back!

This hotel is quaint and in a neat area of downtown Grand Rapids with outdoor dining and some high end restaurants nearby. Have to use a parking garage which is next door, but not that easy to get to from the hotel.

Repurposed brick building. Modern looking rooms. Somewhat small but nice. Reasonably priced.

Location was great, I wouldn't waste my money there again.

This hotel is so cute and well decorated. The rooms are fun and modern. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable. Short walking distance to Van Andel Arena. Perfect for going to the concert.

Exceptional

Staff is very accommodating. Wanted a room with a separation between beds and basically it was a 1 bedroom the an open area for the other bed. Very nice.
