Residence Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids Downtown

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

You shouldn't leave hungry..

Loved how close it was to local restaurants and the concert venue. Rooms were fabulous. Breakfast was very nice. Quite pricey and parking was not very plentiful but overall very nice property and would stay again.

Our room had everything we needed. The mini kitchen was a bonus. Breakfast was good. Parking was very easy and convenient with an extra parking fee which was not terrible considering so much is within walking distance. We stayed for a concert at the Acrisure Amphitheater which was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There’s lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Social Misfits looks fun and unique right downstairs, but we didn’t have a chance to try it out. Very clean, nicely lit, good atmosphere. Breakfast offered an outdoor patio which we enjoyed.

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The price of parking per day is pretty high.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff was extremely friendly. Amenities were clean and everything was fully stocked. Attached parking was a plus. Breakfast was awesome!

Good room, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Good size TV that swivels so it can be seen from all areas of room. The room had good curtains to keep light out in morning. Plenty of room to put both suitcases down and still be able to move around room easily. Having full size refrigerator was nice. If you would like ice, you'll need to get it at the front desk. Not a big deal but didn't know until I asked about the location of ice machines. If you're staying for a few days the refrigerator can make ice.

Loved the location, it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel. Very clean. Loved the parking connecting to the hotel area. The staff was amazing. We loved our room and the beds. Walking distance to many restaurants. Reasonable short walk to acrisure theater. No complaints! Nothing I didn’t like

Great location for restaurants and the Children’s Museum. We loved the room with a separate bedroom for our family of 5. My kids enjoyed the pool and snacks. I have a picky eater, and breakfast options were fantastic. Will stay again!
