Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown

Didn't like the cost of parking per day, especially for the price of the rooms.

This hotel is so lovely, the room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the large vanity area with plenty of room for all the toiletries, etc. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great parking situation also. You can park in the lot to check in, and give the front desk your parking ticket which they will take care of and give you a room card to enter the parking garage during your stay. I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again! Lots of restaurants, stores, etc within walking distance. I must also mention the front desk was so friendly.

Great location and clean hotel. It's a little older of a location and that's starting to show. Overall though I would absolutely stay here again just for all the walkable option in downtown.

The fitness center was a little bare and very dusty. Otherwise everything was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful..

Nice breakfast options, although only fruit was gluten free. They need a dedicated hot water source for tea. Staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Buddy in the breakfast area! Room was great, quiet, with comfortable beds, and parking was very convenient, attached to hotel. Would stay here again!
