Location was great

Very nice room, great location. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nothing special. I wish there was more fresh fruit, cheese, local foods. No waffles or pancakes, cheapest honey, lower quality, low cost items. For a room that costs about $300 a night, it could be a bit nicer.

Room was very comfortable. Great location and convenient parking.

A very pleasant stay for a day. Was even offered an early check in to help out on our travel. Definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good . Loved our stay.

My sister and I stayed in the suite which gave us plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room nor did we spend much time in the hotel, but from what we observed, we would definitely stay here again.

Room was wonderful- we had a corner room so large and loved the separate bedroom from living room which was great for work meetings. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room was very well maintained and clean. It had its own whole kitchen which was amazing. The bathroom was kind of small but it was tolerable for me and my friend. It was kind of pricey for the room we got. Staff was very helpful I would come back to this place!

Great downtown Grand Rapids location. Loved loved loved the room! Mini kitchen is helpful addition. Super comfy bed and pillows! Spent some time at the rooftop bar, relaxing. Superb complimentary breakfast with amazing chicken tinga breakfast burritos, chia pudding with a buffet of toppings, fresh fruit…it had it all. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the staff- specifically Zach for upgrading us, we would have had a tight squeeze with my original booked room. It helped everything run more smoothly for the wedding and I appreciate it greatly!

Great location, excellent breakfast and the roof top bar was very nice and relaxing. Would have liked a window to the outside.

The hotel was located in a great spot downtown, near restaurants and stores. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room(s) were comfortable, clean and spacious.

I loved the overall feel of the hotel. The old charm of the building was restored while adding modern touches. It was so clean and inviting from the lobby/breakfast area, the room itself and the rooftop. Location was great as well! I have nothing bad to say regarding this hotel and our stay there.
