we had AC issues, that i wish when we told them that they would have done more than given us a fan. They did fix it after more if us complained. We Americans love coffee and i wish they would have let us purchase it before 8:))AM

The hotel has wonderful sitting areas, a grear rooftop deck, and the rooms were comfortable - great shower and very nice bed. The architecture was beautiful, and the staff friendly ans helpful.

I love the location, architecture and design of the rooms as well as the other areas of the hotel. I have stayed here before and I was blown away by the cleanliness and the attention to detail inside and outside of the rooms. This time, it seems like the glass doors of the rooms and frames hadn't been cleaned in a long time ?, the plants looked tired and not well care for, outdoor furniture by our room and by the pool dusty and run down ?, the seating area at the coffee shop also really dusty, the bathroom by the coffee shop also not well kept (some kind of temporary device by the sink) not very appealing.

The location was perfect. The room was beautiful and enormous with an amazing view. The bed was comfortable. The view from the top floor bar was spectacular. Their own bakery was really good. None.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom was huge. Plus, the shower was fantastic. From its size to the water pressure. The hotel staff were excellent. They were extremely helpful with check in as well as assistance to set up a couple of activities with trusted organizers in the city. The pool deck was amazing with a wonderful view of the city. The terrace restaurant was fantastic during our included breakfast. There wasn't much to choose from with the included meal; however, you could still order additional / different items if you choose to. But the quality of the food, fruit, pastries, coffee and fresh juices were top notch. My only "complaint" would be that the coffee shop at the entrance closed at 2:30p. A late afternoon espresso would have been great after all the walking in the city. But honestly, there wasn't anything negative that we experienced.

The restaurant and rooftop were not open as advertised.

The hotel was so delicate and beautiful. Especially the interior, It was like a castle but modernly furnished. Everything is perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Loved it!

It’s a very nice little hotel, very good location, restaurant service? Well they try, they really do, but could use a little training. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was accommodating and tried to make us feel welcomed The hotel was fine, but it’s overpriced!

Breakfast and room My wife’s wallet was stolen by the staff.

Location is perfect. It’s close to tourist attractions but also on the quiet side. The view is beautiful and staffs are helpful and friendly.

Great location, very nice room, bar with spectacular view The only drawback are all the stairs required to get up to the third level restaurant. From there, there was an elevator to our room. Very elderly may have trouble with all the stairs

The room is dark. The faucets in the bathroom splashed everywhere. We have asked the front desk to fix it but it was never fixed.
