Don't have drinking water in guest room
-
Laundry room had very few machines
-
Good variety of items. Many Hokkaido specialties. Laundry facilities too small.
-
Great location, service and staff were very nice. Rooms are a good size too.
-
It was a bit small and there was a step up to the bathroom which was a trip hazard
-
Location Pillow. Would be good to have more options in the room like a spare pillow lower. Offer an iron in the room also helpful.
-
Our room is at the back of the elevator. We can hear the lift up and down all night. And, we stayed for 2 nights :-(
-
The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the nice shower with very strong water pressure! The view from the 8th floor room is amazing. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of choices. The front desk services staff were very polite and patient.

We had a great great stay here. Highly recommended.

- fantastic location = a few steps away from the tramway stop, a 20mn walk to the JR station, and a limousine bus to the airport right in front of the hotel (40mn drive) - comfortable room with everything we needed, amenities like toothbrush, face wash/lotion, razor, hairbrush etc. as well as comfy gowns were not in the room but next to the reception, somehow i find that it reduced the waste. Towels, slippers, tea and coffee were changed/refilled everyday (in a bag, hanging at the door). Bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) was high quality and smelled so good.. - microwave, drinks vending machine and ice maker also on the ground floor - THE BREAKFAST = probably the best I've ever had. I still can't get over it. The breakfast staff was incredibly nice, and the food was also excellent and catered to every taste. Western and Japanese breakfast, soups, raw fish, bread, toast, all kind of drinks (the cabernet sauvignon juice was divine) I'll 100% come back the next time I go to Hakodate the ooooonly little thing = the pillow was too hard for my taste, but that's really nothing compared to how great the rest was :)

Great value and overall a good hotel. The rooms are spacious. There are free drinks in the lobby from 15:00 to 22:00. All necessary amenities are available in the lobby as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. The location is amazing: it’s a short tram ride away from the Hakodate train station, there’s a lot of great restaurants nearby, and you’re walking distance from the red brick warehouses and the Mount Hakodate ropeway! Definitely recommended for a sightseeing trip to Hakodate. No onsen on the property, but the staff gave me directions to a nearby one.

We arrived 1 and half hour before checking time. We understand we are not allow to check in till 3, but we were not even allow to park our vehicle unless we pay extra. It is not a big deal, but just kind of surprising and it was very difficult to communicate with the parking staff.

Stayed here for a week. It was super clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Planning on coming back again soon!
-
Great location and we could walk downtown easily. Parking not on sight but a couple blocks from Hotel and cost extra.
-
Location is convenient, easy to walk to major attractions (red bricks, cable car area and the famous curry restaurant area only 10 minutes walk). Looks new, nice service touch to offer local wine and soft drinks in the lobby in the evening. Great view from the room. N/A

Friendly staff. Nice comfortable room. Lots of space. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the streetcar for easy access to other places.
-
Modern. Room was spacious. Location was close to Mt. Hakodate. Breakfast was good with local Hokkaido cuisine.
