The location and stuff were perfect. Very friendly and kind people. The garage costs 20€/day and you can access it 24/7, only bad thing about it is that you always need to get the key for garage door at reception and then bring it back. It could not be very convenient during rush hours cause it’s not that easy to find parking near the hotel to get/give back the key. The light in staircase was blinking and it seemed a little bit creepy to me. The room smelled strange, like paint or some chemicals.

Conveniently placed, close to the station and facilities clean. The person at reception desk was having a loud argument when l arrived which was very unwelcoming. They were not able to assist with my over- booking. Not impressed with the treatment received! Location was a little dodgy!

Location is very close to Hamburg Central Station, the room has a good size with 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) and it was clean. Summer is getting hotter, there is neither air conditioning nor fans.

Location, close to centar Dirty, the area is not so safe.

Hotel has a good location. Very close to HBH and city center. We had an awful experience at tge hotel. Room was not clean. The neighours were noisy.
