Lyn and Laurent was very helper on everything we need in hotel. They are very nice people. Hotel was center of Hanoi everything close to with walk. Breakfast it was good also they said they will upgrade soon. Our room WiFi little slow but its work enough maybe they can improve the signal

Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist unexpectedly gifted us a small upgrade to our room for our birthday! Great in house service such as massages and facials, great location and breakfast was good! Wifi in our room (on the 8th floor) wasn’t great. Had to go down the lobby for wifi when needed.

I've stayed at Ja Cosmo several times now, and I come back for the great staff who are happy to help you with almost anything you need such as airport transfer and tour booking. The beds are very comfortable; the rooms are clean. If you are here as a tourist, it's a great location because you can walk to Hoan Kiem, the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, but you are just blocks away where it's quieter. It's also convenient for getting to the rest of the city by taxi or bus. A great value, and has consistent service you can trust.

The staff were attentive, kind, and always happy to help - any question or request we had in the room was met with a quick and friendly response. The service was top-notch and greatly contributed to our overall experience. The room was extremely clean and well-kept, and it felt very comfortable even with a baby. The hotel's location is excellent - close to the lake, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient to come and go at any hour. Our stay was so good that we would have loved to stay a few more days, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Special thanks to Quang and Dung for their wonderful service and kindness! Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Everyone in the hotel gives such great service and especially Vivian ., she is amazing and is so sweet and gives great service always with smile. Thank you . Great value for price nice and basic breakfast although it would be nice if there were spreads for the bread besides butter( like cream cheese etc) Problem with toilet do not put any paper or else it won’t flush!
