Good breakfast! Good staff and overall good stay It doesn’t feel like a five star hotel so you should be aware of that if that’s what you’re hoping to get. After arriving at the hotel the price made more sense because it’s quite cheap for a 5 star. It still was a good stay but just not the 5 star or nicer hotel vibe I was expecting for a marriot hotel. Also a lot of construction on the beach that ruined the views but you get use to it.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay at , with the large pool facing a massive private beach front , breathtaking views , amazing breakfast meal , also pretty nice gym available Nothing , was such an amazing experience

Friendly staff, professional service, nice pool - Although getting full support from technician on first day, the next day wifi is unstable and disconnected ultimately - The floor has poor drainage and frequently retains water, creating a high risk of slips and falls, especially for children and the elderly. - The door is not equipped with a door closer to control the closing speed, resulting in loud noise when it shuts and posing a high risk of finger entrapment if not handled carefully

Could have a few more sun loungers by the pool as it filled up in the mornings. Sun loungers also needed a bit of a clean.

The location is right on the beach and the pool is huge and right next to the beach. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many options. I loved getting to sit at a table that looked out on the ocean. Truly peaceful and a great place to relax!

Beautiful property with hardworking, friendly staff and great shuttle service. Loved the pool coconuts and thoughtful service touches. However, my room felt stuffy on arrival and the AC vent was dusty, which required late-night maintenance. The buffet and gym amenities could be improved, and my request for early check-out wasn’t accommodated despite a family emergency.

It’s a nice well kept resort The staff seemed to have no ability to manage families without of control children running and screaming I. Public areas and corridors until 22:30 at night and then at 7:00. The staff failed to take action even when called. They also accepted as an answer from parents that there are too many children, we can’t control them. How does that make it ok for it to then become other paying guests problem? Why was no action taken by the hotel to ensure other paying customers were not impacted? Also no attempt to compensate for the failure was made. That to me shows a very poor level of understanding of the customers experience. The breakfast hall was also a mad house with children running riot and playing with the food at the buffet with their fingers. I’m not just being a grumpy old man. I have a 7 year old daughter, I understand the challenges, but I also understand what total failure of parenting and customer service look like. It made an otherwise pleasant experience very unpleasant. It will make me reconsider staying again at a resort that I otherwise really like.

It was an excellent hotel, and we enjoyed our stay in a 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool The swimming pool was amazing Restaurant is nice and delicious Excellent spa and gym Staff was helpful and friendly The location is excellent – close to the supermarket, many restaurants, and tourist attractions. Excellent service. I highly recommend it. NA

Overall good family hotel, however not many restaurant options in the hotel.

Villa was great Was not informed about having to pay a holding deposit which ended up being $700.00 au which I have not got back yet and for some reason which I could not really understand , but they indicated my bank would take time to do it . Will wait to see if that happens or not . Also we did get delayed on arrival due to air conditioning issue so waited in foyer for an hour and a half . Also had to get them out another 3 times because it was leaking from the roof onto the floor . Nothing in kitchen no plates or anything .Could never facilitate the courtesy bus to town always booked out .

Villa with private pool absolutely amazing, good continental breakfast & helpful staff!

Everything exceeded our expectations! We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids under 5), and the private villa was perfect for our stay. We stayed in Villa 8212, which was beautifully maintained and super comfortable. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, helpful, and worked together like a true team. The villa had everything we needed, and it was all in great working order—especially the air conditioning and the private pool, which were standout features for us. We loved the resort facilities too—gym, spa, main pool, both bars—everything was easy and relaxing to use. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety that set us up perfectly for each day. Highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time and would absolutely return! A perfect base for Hoi An in Luxury! There was not much to not like about the property. We were treated how you should be at any great accommodation.
