Good value. Big room, big balcony with nice view. Quirky semi renovated and semi abandoned property was amusing. Close to the end terminal of the dirt cheap bus 02 from Danang. Close to a VN neighbourhood for cheap noodles etc. Isolated location. Some construction noise in the day. Towels were a joke.

Too much mosquitos, room isnt clean, we asked for cleaning and they never showed. Kitchen is dirty, rusted cutlery.

Staff was very kind, did their best to accommodate you, install translator to be able to communicate and things will go fine. Bed sheets could use a better washing but it is a matter of personal hygienic standards. I got what I payed for and I was happy to spend one night there before taking ferry to Cham island , that is 5mins walking distance from the hotel, super convenient.

The receptionist was rude & grumpy.. The building has not had any maintenance for many years. The beds were hard & furniture outdated.

Excellent, quiet, peaceful, the perfect getaway!

Geckos, lacewings and smiling Vietnamese live here, and you can live here if you really value peace and quiet. Birds will sing in the morning, crickets in the evening. The territory is large, green and pleasant. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and a large ceiling fan, it is always cool here. The bed is comfortable, the mattresses are moderately hard, you will not sink in them. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a balcony with a clothes dryer. The shared kitchen is maintained in good condition, there are many tables, chairs and dishes, a shared refrigerator. There is free drinking water in a large bottle. You will have your own mini-fridge in the room. Bicycle rental is free, but it will be quite old. Overall, this is a nice hotel for a very affordable price, an unusual experience of living in such a place. The building breathes antiquity, it is dilapidated and needs cosmetic repairs. The spirit of communism lives here. There are many insects in the room, both living and dead. Unfortunately, the curtains on the windows are thin and light, and the door to the corridor is glass, at night it is not dark enough and in the morning you will have to wake up with the first rays of the sun. From the neighboring private sector you may be disturbed by karaoke, but this is a feature of the whole country, and not just this hotel.

Amazing value for money, the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. The restaurant that is literally next door is one of the best we tried on our trip. Very close to the ferry to go to Cham island (5 minutes by foot) so is perfect if that's your next stop.

Loved it

I enjoyed how peaceful it’s there Nothing

The stuff was friendly and supportive, they gave many information on attrations etc. It was nice to have a balcony and the room was really cheap. The mattress was really hard. We had lizzards in the room as well as ants. Knowing before that the room is pretty basic it would have been great to have some more lights and not just one big.

Mr Dong is so friendly. He picked me up from the hostel and also brought me to the airport for very good price. And he can help you with booking of all kind of tours or transport! The hotel is in a very peaceful area, I liked it when you want to be away of the busy streets for a day. The room can use a bit of maintenance but it has everything what you need.

Relatively clean and comfortable, big spacious room Not the best location and the bed was quite hard

First and foremost, it's one of the places I could stay with my dog comfortably. The room was spacious, and lots of territory around the hotel for my dog to run. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! And if you enjoy the decadent vibes, this place is the best choice. It's situated super close to the port, great for your cham islands trips. As for commodities, it has an ac, hot water, clean bed and a communal kitchen (ever cooked at the professional hotel kitchen? It's your chance!) The hotel is in a dire need of some repairs. There's a swarm of sewer flies in the bathroom, and the smell is quite unpleasant. Some mold here and there. Adds to the decadent vibes, but can be a problem to some. No kettle in the room, so you have to run to the kitchen each time. The beds are hard, if you prefer soft mattress you'll suffer:)) There are no supermarkets around, only tiny family shops with random prices, and delivery is scarce and expensive. So take some food with you in advance, there's a fridge so it's ok:)

Me dong is very helpful, always offering services to help and organising our pick up and da nang train station and boat tickets for Cham island. There is a mini market and a beach all in a couple of minutes walk away. The beds were very soft and comfortable compared to all other beds we’ve had in Vietnam! If you’re looking for a budget room then this is it! The location is a bit far from everything but if you’re going to Cham island it’s a good place to stay the night as it’s close to the pier or if you want you can rent a scooter or use a free bicycle at the hotel. The hotel is an old building, it could use a little TLC (some paint) just to brighten up the halls and rooms to make it feel less spooky and the elevator could use a polish as the walls inside were pretty dirty with hand prints, lotion etc.. but other than that we would stay here again if we were in that area.

Staff and Mr.Dong were very friendly and helpful! The location is near the pier if you'd like to go Cham Islands (walking distance). However, we did not go there since we missed the boat. Go early in the morning, between 7.30&8.30 because speed boats are only driving in the morning! I'd suggest asking Mr.Dong regarding the schedule and options. Mr.Dong was in touch with us via whatsapp and since we missed the boat, he helped us renting a motorbike in like 15 minutes (they delivered it to the hotel) so we spent the day on the bike, exploring the area (went to Khu du lịch Suối Tiên and to My Son -it's a quite long drive, but totaly worth it!) By the hotel there is a mini market with snacks, drinks etc., where very friendly lady is working. Yes, hotel is not new. Beds are hard, but we actually slept pretty good. Yes, it gives you a bit creepy vibe, specially if you arrive to the hotel in the late evening as we did. BUT - it is safe, they are very friendly and helpful (use google translator if you have trouble speaking with the staff), its peacful area and its definitly great price performance.

The Hostel is close to cudai beach. If you are an individual that travels with low budget it will be the one of the best options for you. The old hotel ist 30 minutes from the center away(with bicycle) you will be surrounded from a lot of locals. And you can get a closer look in to the Lokal life of the lovely people. The cudai beach is also not far away. The hotel it self looks old but the rooms are good and well prepared. Mr Dong the owner will do everything to help you. The last tow days we moved to a lokation that's closer to the city and the airport in danang but he managed us a driver to the airport even if we havent been in his hotel anny Moore. Thank you Mr Dong :)
