Great Beeakfast! Helpful staff!

Our family had a wonderful experience. The service was amazing. Breakfasts was excellent! Our children enjoyed the pool. The room and the entire surrounding were clean. I am considering saying here next time we are in town.

Bathroom shower was not quite comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner bottles on n the shower but not body lotion.

Suite was huge and on the top floor. Loved it. Bar in the middle of the hotel that was great.

Not clean. Sink was clogged, carpet was dirty. I didn’t even want to open the sofa bed to have one of my kids sleep there. The only ok thing was breakfast and the lady at the bar was super nice.

Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Hotel shows some signs of aging—dirty carpets in common areas, chipped paint in bathroom, lousy shower. But overall a decent stay at reasonable price.

Everything! The suites were large, comfortable, and clean. Beds were comfortable, the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing, and the towels were fluffy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect; we were able to walk to dinner and even Costco! Breakfast was expansive and delicious! There is an evening manager's reception with free snacks and cookies. The pool was large and clean, and the Fitness Center was well equipped. The sound proofing in the rooms was exceptional also! Not only were we unable to hear the noise from the atrium, but there was a storm in the night and we could barely hear the rain and thunder. I highly recommend and would stay again if we are in the area! Nothing

No issues other than the elevators needed maintenance.

Enjoyed the stay, front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming each time we passed by. Lots of amenities!

Our stay at Embassy Suites was exceptional. The two-room suite was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening reception added tremendous value, and the staff provided top-notch service throughout. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our needs. Great breakfast, facility, service and location. No shower curtain, room set for 4, not the five we had, no bedding for pullout bed. Called desk and all was delivered quickly!

There was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom (didn’t notice until checking out in the morning) and only one working elevator, that ironically went up and down all night and you could hear it in the room we were in so if you don’t want noise be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator. There was no coffee at breakfast and when I asked the staff seemed to be insulted that I would request coffee.

Generally a good trip. There was some wear and tear to the property and one of the elevators didn’t work. Would have given better stars, but an employee knocked on our door waking us up at 9am and then just walked in after I said please come later. He said something in our room was dripping but no faucets were on, and as we hadn’t used the shower. We got in very late the night prior and I was irritated that this employee woke us up and then just walked into our room.

While the staff was kind, our room had air conditioning that wasn’t working. It was hot and humid. The maintenance crew did arrive promptly to attend to the issue however, it never really cooled well. The king bed had a worn mattress- very uncomfortable. This led to a 2am move to the pull out couch in an attempt to catch sleep. Sleep was elusive. That mattress was lumpy and the form distorted making for a sore back and hips. Also, the 2 full length windows by the door allow hallway light in the room. Very disappointing as we used our Key points for this stay!
