The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite being above a busy restaurant with live amplified music, our room was quiet and we slept well. They have a restaurant that is very good (my wife was thrilled that they have great gluten-free fish and chips) and there is live music. We came by train and the station is a short walk away. No complaints. There is no lift, but the staff helped us with our bags. It is not a regular hotel with a reception desk, but we had no trouble communicating with our hosts. They don't have a breakfast restaurant, but we enjoyed breakfast at the Wetherspoon across the street.

On main drag so close to restaurants and bars. Last minute booking. Above a pub with music which made it a bit noisy. Someone on street yelled all night so with windows open because no AC it was hard to sleep. Car park about 5-6 blocks away.

Bedrooms were great! And perfect location.

Great location, easy check in, comfortable beds, clean room, towels may be the best I've seen! Parking was tricky, but doable. There's municipal parking across the river first left behind the church @ £5 for 24hrs

Central location Kettle and extensive tea/coffee provisions Staff responded to my concerns promptly - The hotel is above a bar, restaurant and performance space, but you can't get in unless you book before you arrive. - No fridge in room

Decor was on trend and felt like a boutique hotel. This was the second night we stayed here during the trip (but in a different room). We loved our first nights stay. However, we could hear the music from the downstairs bar (not too loud, though), the wifi range did not apparently reach this room, bc we got no wifi, and there was a strong weed and cigarette smell drifting up from the bar downstairs.

Great location There was no staff around especially in the morning.

Very convenient. Very clean. Very cute decor. Nothing. All good.

The bar staff is kind. The restaurant is good. It’s convenient to eat dinner and then go upstairs to sleep. The bathroom and room were clean. It’s a short drive to the airport. If you want to go to sleep before midnight, good luck. Also, we stayed in room 1 and there was the brightest street light shining into our room with no blinds. If you choose to stay here, you will want a sleeping mask and noise cancellation headphones or something.

Great location. Well outfitted, very clean rooms. Surprisingly not much late night noise from the bar below. Check in is a bit confusing

Instructions to check-in were not clear. One staff member was particularly rude when we made it clear that we were confused by the instructions. No AC and no fan provided, so it was very hot in the bedroom.

We booked this months ago and did not notice nor recall that the check out time was apparently 11:00 am. We read all the information in the room as to check out time and there was nothing, so we thought we’d leave at noon. When the cleaning lady came into our room at around 11:30, she said we should have been out by 11:00 and when asked where that was posted, she simply referred to their website. Not helpful!

The location was excellent. Parking was a bit of an issue but we found an overnight parking a few blocks away. The room was comfortable and quiet. There wasn’t an elevator and we were on the fifth floor but there isn’t anything they can do about it. The person we checked in with was clearly preoccupied but the gentleman at the door was very friendly and helpful. Also, you have to make dinner reservations online and in advance. We did not know that and it was not mentioned in the description.

The property is a very old building in the middle of Inverness. The rooms are situated above the bar, which is quite lively, but not excessive. It has a lot of character. and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Bathrooms were lovely spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to go up 4 flights stairs

Well located A bit noisy from 12-2 am thru open window. No lift

I liked the unique setting in Inverness. The lodging was centrally located. The evening meal was excellent. My room was comfortable and cozy. Excellent coffee maker with good coffee and hot water for convenient and quick soup, etc. Gaining access was a little trying sometimes but I was finally able to manage entry. The entry area once inside the building wasn't very appealing (items cluttered to the right of the entry door).

Directions to open the main door if you arrive outside of normal hours are to enter the code and turn the knob FIRST LEFT AND THEN RIGHT. Directions all say to turn right but if you don't turn left first you'll have no luck.

It was centrally located, clean and comfortable No complaints
