Loved the room and location was great. Close to everything and the ferry!! Staff was lovely will definitely go back. Gonna be a repeat customer so happy with our time away

The shower did not have hot water. Barely Luke warm and only hand held shower head worked. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay

Great location, clean, functional room. Bed was adequate but not particularly comfortable. Staff was polite with one exception (may have been attributable to language barrier).

The hotel is well located close to the city center and beaches, very clean, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. Extremely noisy location – impossible to sleep The hotel is located directly on a very busy street, and the noise level is unbearable. It honestly feels like sleeping on the street itself. All night long there is constant noise from cars, motorcycles, trucks, sirens from ambulances and police—there is no break at all. Unfortunately, the room has virtually no sound insulation, so every sound comes through clearly. We barely slept the entire night. If a hotel chooses to operate in such a location, it should invest properly in noise-isolating windows and rooms. As it stands, staying here was extremely uncomfortable and not restful at all.

Front desk staff was helpful. Tried to accommodate by moving me to a new room, but the second one was worse than the first. I travel quite a bit, and this is easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The street noise in my room was incredibly loud, making it difficult to conduct calls or to sleep. The thermostat in the room was covered with a locked box prohibiting me from adjusting the temperature in the very cold room - the unit was also, very, very loud. The curtains did not close fully, limiting privacy in the room.

It was a decent place, rooms are a good size, and clean. Bed was a bit harder than I like it. We had booked an ocean view, decided to opt for a pool view. Pool water was freezing and the pool area is completely in the shade (interior court); no breakfast, not even coffee in the lobby. Be mindful, don’t take the oven view rooms, the traffic noise of motorized atv and scooters is enough to make you deaf. You can’t control the ac, it was freezing.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Ferry station and it was easy to reach it with luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the one which overlooks the pool. It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided beach towels which was a good surprise for us. Nothing

Located very close to ferry and close to main avenue. We only stayed for one night which was totally fine and good value and convenient location. It’s a bit dated.

Room price was reasonable and location is close to best beaches in the island. Room housekeeping team was great. Our room was looking the main street. Some car and golf cart noises were disturbing if you stay front rooms. Windows noice insulation can be better.

The location is incredible, a very short walk from the ferry, close to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were immaculately clean, wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly, rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. Nothing!

The staff were very professional and helpful. I loved the water available for daily use The hotel has a rental room upstairs which did have one party during our stay but they were quiet by 10.
