We were also given a free room upgrade upon arrival, as the hotel felt our original room might be a bit small for two people. That was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. Great experience overall!

The location was ideal and very convenient. The property was neat, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. The staff were welcoming from the start, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful Galata view. The room design was not very practical, as the sink was inside the room which made the floor wet quite often after using it.

The location is perfect. It was near the Galata Tower and minutes away the parts we wanted to visit, the train and the ferry stacion. The rooms were cozy and clean. The breakfast was abundant and super tasty. I loved the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will recommend it to friends and family.

It was perfect, friendly staff and comfortable room. They even offered as free coffee. Enjoyed my trip. The Hotel was perfectly located. It was walking distance to ferry, metro and tram. Hope to come back again

The hotel was excellent throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a small refrigerator and kettle. Although my room was located across the street from the main reception, the location was outstanding—just one minute from Galata Tower. The area is lively, with many people walking around day and night, which made it feel safe even in the evening. We used the Beyoğlu Tünel (the historic inclined railway) to return to the area, then walked downhill for about five minutes to reach the hotel. There are several supermarkets nearby, including one that stays open until 11:30 PM, which was very convenient. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. Onur assisted me in arranging a taxi to IST Airport, and I recommend letting the hotel organize airport transfers, as they can secure a better rate. This is a well-located hotel with easy access to Karaköy and Taksim. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The water pressure sometimes is very low, but I am OK with that.

Every staff member was over the top amazing! Savaş was exceptional the whole stay! I wish I wasn’t leaving. From the moment I got to the Duo hotel I felt like I was at home. It has an elevator for tired walking feet. The room was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better. The neighboring hotel was also very great. It was like being in a great neighborhood. You will love your stay there.

I spend a week in this hotel, it's very unique very clean. And most of the locations in near to this hotel.

The power sockets don't exist. Only one beside the bed, for using which you need to move the whole bed. There was no closet for the clothes.
